Rep Fitness is a good place to buy gym equipment. They got some good stuff and the prices are fair. But, their customer service is not so good. They take forever to respond to any problems with the order. It's a pain in the butt.

Customer service is really bad. They don't communicate well. I ordered on 4/6 and still haven't received my stuff. They keep missing their own deadlines, but still sell to others. They took a lot of pre-orders to stay afloat during Covid, but now they don't care about the people who ordered early. They started selling again and shipping in 24 hours, but what about us who ordered in April? That's not good business.

We bought the *** from Rep Fitness and paid for it. We tried to order over the phone and finally got through to a rep during their limited customer service hours. While placing the order, they said their payment system shut down and someone would call us to complete the transaction. A day later, someone else called and we used a *** gift card and a regular credit card to pay for the order. We got an email confirmation but after 10 days, we contacted support and they said it would ship by the end of the week. A week later, still no tracking or product, so we contacted them again. They said we requested to pick it up at their warehouse, which was not true. After 17 days, we still have nothing and they want us to drive 300 miles to get it. This company is full of lies and we think they never intended to ship the product for free like their website says. We would give them 0 stars if we could. They are horrible.

I bought a lot of workout stuff from Rep Fitness on July 11th, and some of it came on July 22nd. But they forgot to send me a 35lb bumper plate. I need a barbell, 4x 25lb bumper plates, 2x 45lb bumper plates, and the missing 35lb bumper plate. I sent them emails but they haven't replied in over a week. They say they're open on the phone from 1pm-5pm mountain time Tuesday-Thursday, but when I call it goes straight to voicemail. So I have to email them, but they don't answer my questions or problems. Now I have to go to PayPal to get my $770 back or my stuff from Rep Fitness.

I got some gym stuff from Rep Fitness. Two things. J-cups and safety straps. J cups fit real good but the straps didn't. They're both for power racks that are supposed to fit on 3x3 steel. I told the seller that the straps were messed up but they wanted me to send it back and pay for shipping and restocking. But it's not my fault it's messed up so I don't wanna pay for that. I just want a new one. The safety straps come with two straps and four pins. The straps are fine, I just need new pins. The seller says they can't guarantee it'll work with other racks but that don't matter cuz they're both for 3x3 steel. That's the only thing that matters. One thing fit and the other didn't. (Both things fit the same way, just the safety straps were messed up.)

I bought some stuff from Rep Fitness on 12.17.20 and got it on 12.23.20. I got the PR-5000 Monolift V3 and PR-5000 Rounded Sandwich J-Cups. When I looked at them, they had a lot of chips, scratches, and signs of being used before (rusty metal plates and scratched plastic lining). I emailed [protected]@repfitness on 12.24.20 to tell them about it and ask for new stuff. They didn't email me back, so I emailed them again on 12.28.20 and 12.29.20. They finally emailed me back on 12.30.20 and asked for a video of the J-Cups (the expensive ones that are supposed to be "secure" and not move). I sent them a video and some pictures that showed how messed up they were. On 12.31.20, Rep Fitness emailed me back and said that they didn't think there was anything wrong with my stuff and that it was normal for the J-Cups to swing around. But they say on their website that the J-Cups don't move, so I don't know what's up with that. Overall, not too happy with my experience.

I bought sumthin' from Rep Fitness on their website 'cause they said it was in stock. I coulda got a *** or a *** from somewhere else, but I went with Rep 'cause they got a good rep from ***, ***, and other social media peeps. One of their influencers said they had new benches in stock, so I jumped on it and bought it in good faith. They charged me $220+ on my credit card and I was all set. But the next day, they sent me an email sayin' they messed up and didn't actually have the product in stock. They canceled my order and gave me a refund, but only offered me $10 off my next purchase. That ain't cool, man.

When I talked to them about it they said stuff like "imagine if you were at the store trying to get toilet paper bro." They said they're having trouble keeping up with orders and they don't have everything they say they do. I think they knew they couldn't give me my thing and they're just trying to cover their butts.

But they say on their website that they don't move, so that's confusing. They also said that the Monolift was just messed up on the outside and offered me $20 or a $35 gift card. I told them on 12.31.20 that I wasn't happy with that and that I paid for new stuff and shipping, but got used and messed up stuff. I haven't heard back from them since then, even though I emailed them again on 01.04.21 and 12.06.21.
