Unethical behaviour
I contacted this company 6 hours after I ordered a pair of shoes ( by email and by phone) asking to change my shipping address or cancel my order. The rep. Advised me that my order was on the truck but she would try and change the address. I then contacted them at 9am the next morning and over night ( the postal service must have been working late) they told me that the shoes were already with USPS and could not be cancelled nor could the shipping address be changed. They provided me with a tracking number. I contacted UPSP to intercept and they confirmed they had no record of that number and advised that as soon as they get a package it is scanned and in their system . It has been 48 hours since I ordered the shoes and still USPS has not received my package for shipping This company lied about my shoes being shipped and lied about the tracking number. They even sent me a confirmation of the item being shipped by email 36 hours after I originally ordered and 30 hours after I asked them to change the address or cancel the order saying it was shipped but no tracking number was provided in the email . I even emailed them back asking for the tracking number and they did not respond. I continually go onto the USPS site and enter in the tracking number that the rep. gave me and still there is no such package. Instead of just changing the address or cancelling my order this company provided me with false information. I still don't know if they have shipped my order, which will be returned at my cost because it will not be going to the correct address or if even if they are a legit company. Worst customer service ever! It is now over 48 hours since they said USPS was given my package and USPS still have no record of it!
Bad Business Practice
I cancel the order but they shipped without any e mail or phone notice. I cancel the order because they change the shipping price day by day. I believe they try make the money with shipping charge The customer service representative is not cooperative at all. Company make bad business practice. Totally unacceptable customer service. Never use it
