Rent-A-Center review: Store manager

On 3/22/22 about 4pm I drove to this store to lease a washer. As I approached the sidewalk there were a thug looking male with dreads standing in the door. He said, "what are you looking for today?" I said to him, "I don't know." I said this because I was being careful. I had no idea if he worked there or not. He then followed me in the store saying so that means that you didn't look at the website. So, you don't know if what you want is in the store. I said to him, Are you the manager? He said, "yes." I then said I did look at the website and it said the item that I am looking for is at this location. I told you that I didn't know what I wanted because you didn't introduce yourself and I didn't know who you were. This man rolled his eyes like a child turn to the front and at the top of his voice said Jason! Jason! How many times have I told customers because it on the website doesn't mean that it is in this store? I then in my calm female voice (because I was now offended and disappointed). Mr. it's ok, don't worry about it, it's okay. I then calmly walked out the store. Away from a washer that I needed badly, because my washer broke 2 days ago. This manger is ghetto and hood. He does not have any management skills/customer service skills. I am a director at a local facility. Customers should never be treated in this manner.
