Rent-A-Center review: Dryer

On December 3rd 2021 my dryer stopped blowing heat. I contacted Dillion at rent a center clinton hwy knoxvill tn location. He advised me that he would contact Whirlpool and get a technician scheduled to come to my home to fix the issue on Monday December 4th 2021. I never heard from Dillion I called the store and spoke with Rick who advised me he would pull my rental agreement and try to find the serial number and call me back. I have not received a call back and nobody is willing to help me. This is not the first time that I have had issues with this company. I have been paying over a year for this merchandise. I sent bunk beds back in August, my contract was done over but I never e-signed the documents. I need someone to reach me as soon as possible to remedy the situation before it escalates more. I have a warranty on my dryer that I have paid a ridiculous amount of money on, and I should be able to use it. I have 3 children I also rent a tv and a stand. I have been paying $400 a month for over a year.
