Renewal by Andersen review: Leakage is apart of window installation for bay windows

An inspector of the work performed by sub contractors for Renewal by Andersen advised me today that I am to feel cold on the ledge of my bay window. He also advised me that the air I am feeling from while sitting on my couch is not coming from the windows installed just 2 1/2 weeks ago.

I am being insulted by the inspector at his smoke test and even the thermal imaging testing showing no leakage yet again I can feel the cold air with my own damn hand and body by the window. Renewal by Andersen needs to do better $48,000+ and this is how they treat people. They sell you a good game, get you installed yet, push you off after you lock into a contract.

I watched the installation being completed, the installation was not enough and this should be inspected. I should not feel no cold air on ledge of a $5,000+ window.
