Renewal by Andersen review: Improper wrapping of my new window

I had all new windows installed in April. They left without asking us to walk through with them. They charged my credit card the next day without permisson for the balance. They wrapped a window improperly with the wrong color. I texted my sales rep. He said call the office. 1.5 months later they sent a guy out to make it right and he didnt have what he needed and said he was going to lowes (really?) came back and said he couldnt repair it. He was mad because he had to drive to my home and waste his time. Since then we have been ghosted by your cleveland location and the FB page. This is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card and sending the pictures of the mess and the timeline of events trying to get it fixed. I will report it to the BBB and the local township to make sure your company is no longer allowed to install windows here
