Purchased multiple products from RBA in January 2026. The 3 panel door was scheduled and installed on March 6th. During the installation the RBA team identified 2 problems with the door - the first was that one of the locks was not engineered properly and the other was the track to hold the screens in place were missing. The follow-up has been frustrating. The part was ordered and I was originally given a repair date of April 27th which was then delayed until May 6th. When the technician arrived with the part he informed me that it was not what was needed. Now after multiple emails and phone calls I am not getting any resolution to this issue. My concern is that this product is flawed and now I have 2 doors that I can not open during warm weather as the gap from the missing track allows insects to fly in. Been more than patient but now no one responds. Please help me get some resolution.
Claimed loss: The total cost I incurred was $35,939 for multiple doors and installation and I believe that this door was approximately $17,000.
Desired outcome: I want the door fixed and installation completed.
