I am looking to file an official complaint regarding the appalling treatment I received from your general manager, [edited], at your Port Moody location (address #301 - 220 Brew Street, Port Moody, BC V3H 0H6) on Monday April 19, 2021.

I was medically discriminated against and denied entrance and access to my medical treatment pertaining to an active legal car accident ICBC case.

I asked [edited] for the head office contact info but she refused to give it to me.

Could someone please contact me with the contact name and number of who I should directly contact to file my complaint?
