Regional Acceptance – car title

I filed for Bankruptcy in 2019. I have however continued with my auto loan and have paid them in full. it has been over 3 months and I have not received my car title. I have called them several times only to be transferred to another department where I get Voice mail. I have yet to receive a return call. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. The customer service is nonexistent at best. I would expect this from a sketchy fly by night business. I will never do business with Them again nor will I recommend them.
