I'm Workmond Napoleon and I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at Refresh Air Conditioning LLC. They told me they pulled the permits before starting the job, but turns out they didn't. The *** inspection showed that they changed out my AC system without a permit, and now I'm stuck dealing with the fallout. I've been trying to get in touch with Refresh Air Conditioning to fix this mess, but they keep giving me the runaround.
