Very first time using Tyler - and was just delighted. Jonathan was very professional and helpful explaining my older thermostat. I will continue to use them and to recommend them

On June 15 I had a service appointment with Tyler Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration for a routine air conditioning service at ***. The price I was quoted was under $200 which was fine. The technician finished and said the AC unit needed cleaning. I questioned wasn't that part of the service with the reply being no. I thought he said the total price would then be $300. I thought that was high, but I agreed because I wanted it done properly for a client and time was important to get this done for a quickly approaching closing. After the technician spent less than 1/2 an hour spraying the AC unit with a cleaner and hosing with water, the tech said the total bill was $500 plus. I was upset over the pricing. He offered me a 10% discount, but the bill was still $486.22. I paid the bill by credit card at that time. I subsequently called Tyler Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration with my dissatisfaction at the price and the service manager remained firm in the charge saying all cleanings were a flat fee of $300 in addition to the $200 routine service. Other companies I've since called for a routine service quote include cleaning and the fee is $200 or less. I feel Tyler Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration should have disclosed the extra charge for cleaning at the time of making the appointment since it was not included in the routine service. I also feel the charge was exorbitant and the practice of charging a flat fee of $300 totally unprofessional.

Great service! Didn't try to sell new unit which is a big plus. Used foot booties...Chris was extremely polite and respectful of our home. They are my Go To for all my service needs.

Other than a delay in receiving the new compressor, not the fault of Tyler Heating and Air Conditioning, they were very responsive and courteous and had the new compressor installed within a few hours. I will definitely use them again.

I was given a 1-5 PM window for the day following my call and the service rep was ringing my doorbell at 1:30 PM. Service was completed in half an hour. Service rep was courteous and competent. Would certainly recommend them to others and I will use Tyler for any future needs.

The best quote for the work out of 5 companies. They showed up on schedule, installed both the furnace and air conditioner in 6 hours, removing the old and cleaning up. Vincent and John were very polite and nice. It was a great experience, so happy I chose Tyler to upgrade my home!

The Tyler technician came this morning and serviced my ductless A/C. He was wonderfully personable and thorough on this terribly hot day. My house is now beautifully cool. Tyler installed a ductless heat pump/AC system three years ago. My experience with them has been very fine in every respect.

Great service all around. We picked Tyler to replace heating & a/c for two reasons. They had the best selection of units and the sales guy Donny was trying to steer us away from spending more than we had to. That is refreshing! Donny knew his stuff and seemed to care. Cinda in the office was very helpful and went the extra mile to help us out.

I always trust the technician Chris coming into my home and providing the annual check-up of my heating, A/C, and dehumidifier systems. He's competent, courteous, and professional. And, even though I only see him twice per year, fall and spring, it's always wonderful to exchange pleasantries with this technician. He is a truly great employee of Tyler!

From the initial call requesting a quote to the finalized work Tyler Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, LLC was professional, on time & informative to our requests. Everyone was very helpful from the office staff, Cinda, sale rep Tom H. & installers Vincent & David. The job was done as stated & with care and efficiency. We are beyond pleased with our ductless air conditioning install.

Tyler Air was recommended to me by a neighbor who has been totally satisfied with them for years. I had my HVAC replaced and am 100% satisfied. They confirmed arrival. Showed up on time. Finished and cleaned up and then explained the system and programmed it as I wanted. They followed up with product registration and a rebate too. The workers and the office were always polite and have answered all my questions. Completely satisfied and don't hesitate to recommend them.

Switched to Tyler a few years ago. Had all new HVAC installed this past Spring. So far so good. Tech came out today to replace a bad control board. All covered under warranty. System kept up with this summer's intense heat. Jen & Cinda in the office are always prompt, polite and helpful. My husband had a "hiccup" with something needing doing at his place of business but I'll chalk that up to him being extremely stressed this summer due to Covid restrictions, timelines, etc. :)

We had a heating emergency the Monday morning after the Christmas weekend. The office staff picked up the phone right away, even though my call was before business hours. They had a Tech out to see what the problem was within an hour and a half or 2 hours. The Tech diagnosed the problem right away, and the office called me to ok the repair. Within 4 hours from my first call the unit was back up to temperature. Very pleased with the prompt service & professional response. I would absolutely recommend using Tyler Heating & Air Conditioning.

Tyler provided us three alternative recommendations for our new hot water and heating system -- after inspecting our existing installation to assess our needs and to determine the requirements for the new system. As per contract schedule, they disassembled and removed the old units and installed our new high-efficiency boiler and hot water combination system â€" professionally, diligently, and with great care of the premises. The new installation not only passed final inspection, but the town inspector gave it rave reviews for quality of workmanship and assembly. We are very pleased to have selected Tyler.
