Green Heating & Cooling

I had Green Heating and Cooling come out on March 29th for a regular check-up on my two AC units. Unfortunately, after the technician, ***, left, my AC stopped working. I called the company and they sent *** back the next day. He apologized and said he forgot to hook up everything and plug it in. He left quickly without checking if it worked. My AC was making a lot of noise like a helicopter. I called Green Heating and Cooling and they sent another technician, ***, who made a video and took it to his boss. The office called and said I needed to pay $947 for repairs. I asked how they could destroy my AC that was working fine before. They said they did nothing wrong. I spoke to the boss and he insisted that only one unit was broken and offered a discount. I agreed and paid $294 for repairs on April 8th. Later, it was clear that the second unit was also destroyed. I called the office and they charged another $294. Jacob came and said only a partial replacement of the fan was needed, so I paid $173 on April 11th. I chose this company from a list of qualified companies for discount vouchers by *** EMC. I paid them $215 for maintenance of AC and heater. They refused to refund the heating payment in full after applying the voucher for AC. I want a refund of $588 for the damage they caused and an apology for the distress they caused me.
