My Order, which has tracking no. REDDSP001429 on http://www.quantiumaspac.com/qtracker/track.aspx is not having any delivery date, but my personal Rediff shopping account shows the product as delivered. I was out of home and so was everyone else from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and usually our building security would have called me up, if there was any packet to be delivered to me, but nothing like that - not even a missed call came on my domestic intercom, meaning that no parcel had come for me. Either Rediff.com is a fraud company or Quantium Aspac is. Never order from Rediff.com. Moreover, my tower security works in shifts and unless we tell them, they do not accept any packages on our behalf without prior notice. I hope my packet gets genuinely delivered to me or I will write once again to the police.

I had purchased a product from rediffshopping through order no 7818549 Mar 2013 but instead of that different product was delivered to me..and when I compliant the rediff customercare I was asked to send the product via courier and was told that courier amount borne by me will be credited to me along with the total amount of purchase.Later the complete amount was not transferred me moreover their was response from the customer care.

Pathetic Service, right from delivering of wrong product to final settlement.

I had placed an order for Rakhis (from Canada) on their web site on JUly 24 2012. On July 28, I got the notification confirming the dispatch.
However, the order was only delivered on August 4 in the late afternoon - 2 days after Rakhi festival.
The contact phone number shown on their email [protected] was of some meat plant when I called from Canada.
It took by courier 7 days to deliver the rakhis and sweets (from July 28 to Aug 4 - order itself was placed on July 24) two days after the festival. By the time they were delivered, the sweets had to be discarded and rakhis were of no use.
On complaining to them, they refused to remedy the situation in terms of refund or credit towards next order. They just shrugged their shoulders and said that these things do happen sometimes.
I shall never shop again with Rediff and tell everyone not to use them.

I bought a product which was an old repaired product - Order No: 7127517. They are now NOT refunding my money. They do not reply to any email. Its almost 1.5 months now.

I am also stuck with a very similar issue where they updated the status as dispatched on the 3rd day, and even after 15 days, I am yet to receive the product. And what is more ridiculous is that they are asking me to contact the third party vendor whom they had back-ordered. If anyone knows their exhalation points, please let me know.

I have purchased a 1 Gb Mp4/Mp3 Player With Expandable Memory Slot Designer Series on ON 21/05/2008 AT 15HRS and it was defective one so i have made a complaint thro. mail on 22nd May 2008 at 14.58 Hrs and also made a cll to the bloody customer care in [protected] who asked me approach their customer care stating that they will contact within 48 hrs. After my complain they took the product back assuring the refund, now after so many mails and calls they are not bothering to refund my money.

Hi friends My name is Mohd mumtaj ahmad i placed order on rediff Shoping for Vox Calling tablet order number # [protected] on 12/7/2015 which i received on 17/7/2015 i opened the parcel and found that this is faulty tablet which i received. basically network is not coming i incerted around 7-8 Sim card in it which different service provider but there was no network coming then i checked setting but setting was perfectly fine then i made complaint on rediff shoping by calling they ask for written mail i send mail also very same day then they ask to contach vendor Alfa redios i contacted alfa redios is not giving any response for that and rediff shoping is also not giving any response to return and refund my money this is tottaly fraud company they says 100% payment refund gurantee if faulty or different product received but now only they are passing the time not taking faulty product back not refunding my money. So friends be awair and dont shop any thing from rediff shoping and its vendor alfa redios once they will take money they will rum away they will not refund money its Big Fraud company making people fool by giving faulty product

I had ordered a 'self defense stun gun cum flash light' from this site. But on arrival, only the flash light was working. The stun gun (which was the main purpose of buying it!) wasn't working. I e-mailed their customer care immediately regarding the same and called them up later. The reply I got from them was both amusing and annoying. They offered me a partial refund of Rs. 200/- for a product worth Rs. 647/-. Their justification was that that 'atleast the flashlight was working' so they were offering me a partial refund! This, after it was found "defective" on arrival!
I called them up and asked them to take it back and give me a full refund and they agreed to it after a lot of argument and screaming from my end. But later I realised that they had just fooled me since they never asked me for my bank account details to initiate the refund since the order was a cash in delivery. I even emailed them about the same but got no response from them. Now I realise its a total scam site. Steer clear off these people!

Please never ever buy anything from rediff... The will show something on their portal and the product which they sent are totally different. I have ordered a rain jacket. I had cancelled on the same day within 2-3 hours of placing the order but still they have dispatched the order it was on 16th of July. They said one u receive u reject it. I had rejected the same by 20th. Again i called them to follow up about my refund. They said we will process about the cancellation. After few days i called them they said there there is no request of cancellation(WTF!). I was like "I called you guys 5 times before to cancel the order how can u say that there is no request for cancellation". The Outsource representatives are ridiculous. They cant understand English, cant talk in hindi..hopeles. And getting connected in like u climbed mount everest..once in 20 tries u can connect to the reps and after that they cant speak..and will repeat the same thing.."We apologize for the inconvinience, I can understand the issue" What will i do even if u apologize also...I just care about by money and I want it back. Then on 24th july the sent me a Cancellation email. I though now at least these guys are serious.. but no...I was wrong again.. When again i called back on 5th of Aug.. one of them said..your order is on transit..and did u sent an email to us that u want to cancel the order..If no then how we will come to know that u really want to cancel... Dude i called u guys 10 times to cancel it.. and u r now saying how u'll know i want to cancel it...Again i called today on 8th of Aug..and asked the status..still these people said me its in transit..u'll receive the product within few days.. When i asked them to connect to the supervisor..she kept me on hold and after few moment they disconnected the call. And guess what she again wanted to to send me an cancellation email. Dnt be surprized.. every time u'll call they will send you a new email..which the can not send at one time. So u'll always be surrounded with mystery that now what excuse mail they will send.
