We were seated in a timely manner, but after that it was all down hill. Waitress took our drink order and it took forver to get our drinks, order appetizers took for ever. Then my granddaughter ask for water waitress completely forgot about us. Our food was delivered it was ice cold, fries were cold, asked for extra ranch never brought with the dinner. I had to go to the Hostess stand and ask her for water and then for the ranch. I will never come back to Red Robin horrible service. You seriuosly need to retrain staff, never once did she come back and ask how things were until we said will take the check.

Recommendation: hopefully they will have a better experience than we did
