Today is veterans day. At 5:00 pm I entered the RR at Alderwood mall. I calmly waited for 17 minutes before Lori acknowledged me at the bar. I ordered whatever was on the veterans menu. Lori said it was some sort of burger with Thousand Island. Like tartar sauce, I will get sick. I patiently waited. When I got the burger another 28 minutes later, it was loaded with TI. Lori brought it back. I found her and told her to forget about it. I was gonna pay for my rootbeer float. The manager walked up and she gave me excuse after excuse. I told her I don't want your apology, just do your job better. She said whatever and walked away. Every time my order is wrong, you condescending employees don't take accountability and this manager that you protect is gonna get you sued. Then Lori gets on my [censored]. Happy Veterans Day to me. Of course, it's not about bad customer service until the customer gets pissed for bad treatment. Every complaint, this manager was on duty.

Desired outcome: Fire the racist mananger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
