The first server bringing four people’s food to our table dropped my food off his tray beside our booth. He didn’t clean up the spill enough so the second server (bringing my replacement plate) slipped and fell hard onto the tile floor due to the improperly-cleaned floor after the first spill, and she launched ranch dressing and hot sauce onto two of the people in our party of four. The remaining ranch dressing was left all over the floor beside our booth until we left: I’m assuming the plan was to mop it up after we left but what woud up happening was that every customer that walked past our booth while we were eating must’ve thought we were the sloppiest messiest customers in the world. It was absurdly embarrassing. Food wasn’t comped or made complimentary, with tip $120. I tried to talk to the manager afterwards and her response was literally “sorry, accidents happen” ? Not accidents where two customers gets ranch dressing and hot sauce spilled on their shoes and shirts. Photo is of the first spilled plate, not the second with ranch dressing all over the floor in front of our booth.
Claimed loss: $120.00
Desired outcome: Refund.
