A message to renew driver update software arrived 1 day before and I do not require this service and wish to cancel.
Why do I have to call USA to do this? It is a costly and inefficient way to deal with your customers.

"Call 1-385-258-2569 to stop the subscription and a Customer Support agent will stop your account from renewing automatically. You will receive a notice upon completion of your account changes. Any other existing services from RealDefense will not be affected."

Desired outcome: I have replied to your email, Please cancel my subscription and find a better way of dealing with your customers.
