I signed up for IOLO Updater for a year because there was a $15 discount. A month later I am being billed for the Update plus Oct, Nov and Dec charges for $21.30 for IOLO Live Tech 24/7 Technical Support which I didn't sign up for as I have a contract with the Geek Squad. IOLO slipped in the Technical Support. As you see below the charge is (0.00).

They now tell me this: iolo updater will automatically renew every year at the price of $34.99 or the then-current price, and LiveTech Technical Support will automatically renew every month at the price of $19.95 or the then-current price if you do not cancel before the end of the first free month.

Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky. My experience with IOLO, other than System Mechanic, has been one where they slip something in on you. Example: Clean My ID they don't tell you the 3 years you pay for you only get 1 year monitoring service, you get the software for 3 only.

Stay away because customer service couldn't care less and there only comment the charges are valid. I'll have to see what my credit card company says. Buyer beware...
