Do not use RPM to manage your property, they do an extremely poor job. Fees are outlandish, and their staff is very rude and unresponsive. Go with another property management company at all costs!

I had atlanta RMP to manage my rental property and had extremely bad experience with them. very bad communication, very bad service, agent lying and cheating. the agent does not have any professional moral at all. Do not choose RPM to manage your property.
I had Michael Canada, an agent from RPM at Atlanta to manage my rental property. He intentionally provided the false information about the tenant with me and did not hold security deposit as the lease required. he did not take any action against tenant's late payment and short payment. He always lies and cheats. Forget the RPM if you want to manage your property like you expect.
