Have just been to preliminary hearing against RPM where court granted trial based upon preliminary evidence in Albuquerque NM. RPM violated state law when issuing a notice increasing monthly rent and a change in the 1st of the rental period due date. According to NM state law they violated the statute. I simply asked them to do it according to NM State law. They 1st lied and said "they didn't mean to send out the notice" YEAH RIGHT. 4 days later I get from them a termination of tenancy notice. In NM when someone "in good faith" stands up for them selves according to the law, and the owner/management co retaliates, it is a violation of NM State law that has prescribed remedies. On multiple other occasions RPM has belligerently violated state law regarding notice service and intimidation parties not even on the rental agreement with court action. Do not under any circumstances rent a property managed by Real Property Management. They are corrupt and they are liars.
Desired outcome: Court ordered compensation for state mandated compensation plus damages, court fees and all other damages.
