Lastly i was threatened bu killing by another Remax agency and i didnt send it your Turkey head department again Via email. Because several times i was destroyed with Remax and i had sent all and that head Office staff (Sultan), didnt even respond me.

Ok maybe you like deatroying people.. Maybe also it is a general habit to threaten people by killing.. i have no idea...

Firstly the [censored]ing stupid sending message from Remax account and i blocked while saying dont you read... Then he sents message from another account and he threatens me bu killing me!

We used Remax in St Robert MO to manage our property. They kept our full 1350 deposit and said the funds went to work within the property. We inquired for receipts as we questioned the legitimacy of the work completed. They never provided documentation of work from vendors nor would they provide the vendors contact information for us to contact them.

I have been fighting for years and spent thousands of dollars already in legal and my house is full of mold and extreme damages from Jessica Mraz-Howards fraudelent real estate transaction. I even won my Placer County Realtor case (as you know). I just had to retain an attorney to get my house safe from the hidden leaks, tree roots that damaged sewer and floors, the list goes on.

This e-mail is in regard of my complain against to Mr. Ilkay Çetiner who is Real Estate Consultant, at Re/Max Fresh in Urla, Izmir, Turkey which I've authorize Re/Max Fresh as Real Estate Consultant for renting-out my property at Urla, Izmir in Turkey. Mr. Ilkay Çetiner has been assigned by Re-max Fresh, hence most of the time he was the focal person during renting period the property.

Obviously, Mr. Ilkay Çetiner was maintained quite cooperative relation before renting period, which he advised me to buy & install heating pump which he stretched that, heating system would ease renting period (I was in hurry for financial reasons) and to increase value of the property, which I still believe him it was for a good reason. Following to this, I purchased a heating pump through him and paid him 50.000,00 TL via Bank Transfer, proof of transactions can be provided upon the request.

Unfortunately, the heating pump was not performed well from after installation of the pump and initial usage by our tenant. I've approached couple of times Mr. Ilkay in this regard to sort-out the problem which he has called the maintenance team to fix the problem. However, those actions have worked in very short duration (likewise 6-10hr) neither the problem is fixed nor insufficient heating complains from the tenant. Later, I asked him to remove the heating pump from my property and refund me the full payment that I've paid to him. However, He was addressing me to contact and deal with the service where he got the pump. Although, I've never contacted with those gentleman, as I mentioned earlier all business and payment was done to Mr. Ilkay Çetiner who is the first party to me.

In follow to this, I've raised my complain to the Office manager of Re-max Fresh to resolve our dispute with Mr. Ilkay Çetiner. The office manager initially was in interested to resolve the dispute and he had couple phone calls with me to stretch the pump will be returned and full payment refunded.

Unfortunately, He is no longer seriously trying to resolve the dispute and referring me to deal with Mr. Ilkay. As of today, I have not performing heating system in middle of winter and numerous complains from the tenant, on the contrary Mr. Ilkay and the Office Manager are still stating that they are taking care the problem, unfortunately the remedy is the same.

I am deeply disappointed and regret to working with these gentleman who are taking lightly the matter, since I am no longer financial income for them. I do believe that, this subject condition is only limited with the subject individuals which do not reflect companies profile as a leader real estate firm globally. I am duly requesting for your attention and valuable time which I can explain you necessary details to sorting out my problem.

Realtor approached my senior parents.
Made an offer. My parents felt it was fair, they did not haggle or negotiate.
Told, purchase payment would be deposited in nov 2022, they could live in the house for 6 months. For each month of residency, they would be charged $1 per month.

The realtor kept insisting, take your time, no rush.
Problem, this verbal agreement was not made in writing.
Purchaser purchased the house with the intent of destroying the house to build a trucking parking lot.

Dec… realtor asked. Would you consider leaving sooner… my parents were considering … April (as they are renovating another property)
Jan 5 realtor called, purchaser wants $3000 per month. When my mother called back, he now said $4000 per month, she told him she is willing to pay $3000 per month. I firmly disagree what happened to the original verbal agreement, she told him… draft a proper agreement specifying the terms (dates, time, amounts)… as of Jan 19th we have not received any feedback.

For this reason, my family is scrambling to move out asap … we are taking time off from our full time jobs, to renovate the new house and move out the furniture as quickly as possible.
No contract is extremely unethical, and negligent misrepresentation. I’m furious with the undo stress imposed on these seniors, and our entire family. I firmly believe if the buyer wants money, the realtor should be on the hook for not doing hos job and protecting both parties.

Additionally, in the house my parents purchased, “i” found the property and asked the realtor to show them. He got paid commission … your welcome… happy I did your job for you… so we got screwed twice. Good job remax

I was doing the remax scholarship, and the director Eliza hung up on me. Then lied and kicked me out of the program. I asked questions about compensation and working in the mean time, before boot camp. She lied to the broker Maria and told her I said I wanted out. I needed to know times and information, so that I can be prepared for the outlook of things. She completely lied and didn’t seem to understand why I was asking questions about working. She said maybe I wasn’t devoted enough. Over reasonable questions. Terrible experience, and another company should have access to the scholarship funds.

We bought a special care home/residential home from our realtor, Stephanie Wilkins. We bought the property sight unseen, and we relied on Stephanie's morals and ethics to help us out. In the end she misrepresented this property, and she showed us only what she wanted us to see. Her numbers for the business spreadsheet were fraudulent. She did not disclose major details like flooding, mold, and a plumbing issues. She was negligent and did not represent us at all.

We have extensive proof of everything including photos, emails, texts, videos, and the staff that work here to confirm that this information is completely accurate. I am absolutely disgusted with this deal. This is a special care home for mentally challenged residents and Remax sold us a lemon and failed to protect these innocent people. I definitely want something done about this!

I’m filing this complaint in regard to a Realtor named Charmayne Keith who works for REMAX in Kingman, Arizona.

Ms. Keith was representing us with the sale of our home in Kingman, Arizona. My wife and I sat down with Ms. Keith, agreed upon an asking price for our home, and signed a contract with REMAX. We then trusted Ms. Keith to place our home on the market and carry out the appropriate advertising functions, such as a lock box and a for sale sign in front of our home.

Bur instead, Ms. Keith placed a for sale without an address at the end of our road, one-eighth of a mile from our home. And when we left our home on December 15th, there was still no sign on our property or a lock box on our front door – even though we explicitly asked for these things before we went house-hunting in California.

We then found a home to purchase in Fallbrook, CA. The Realtor representing the seller contacted Ms. Keith via telephone and Ms. Keith told her that our house is not worth our asking price – even though there are smaller homes in the same tract that are asking higher prices.

So I called the REMAX office and asked to speak to a manager about this issue. But no one ever returned my call. The only response from REMAX was an electronic document requesting signatures to cancel our contract with REMAX.

Naturally, I’m not knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of real estate. But the behavior of Ms. Keith – which amounted to lying about what was discussed between the sellers and their Realtor – seems incredibly unprofessional – and it has probably cost us the purchase of our desired home. While the management of the office didn't even take the time to call us and hear our complaint.

I signed a lease for an apartment in Newport Vermont. After paying all the fees and signing the lease I did some investigating online and found out the information about the lessor is fraudulent. The "business" listed on the lease, Adam Kipp Property Mgt., doesn't even exist in the state of Vermont as a registered business. I hope someone can help me. I am a disabled veteran with a debilitating back condition and I haven't even started moving in yet because I don't know what to do. I have to be out of my current residence.

Pathetic service Remax Properties. Signed an OTP in which the owner was happy with. Knew from point of OTP that the agent was unhappy as I personally managed to bring the owner down by 60k (obviously less commission for him).

Agent mentioned he'd provide me feedback in the next week, 2 weeks later no response. I contacted him and he says unfortunately someone else put in an offer 30k more. I price matched as I really like the house, he assured me my offer would then have first preference.

Weeks of chasing him up for feedback. Today he posts on his whatsapp status that the house is sold. I commented on it with a question mark. His response is 'bad news that bond got approved, the first offer'.

I've rented this property since December 2016 remax has acquired the property and has changed terms in the lease regarding water payments that I made monthly I've been asking for the bill since October 25th in being told it's not there but water company Informs me they've sent it out monthly Lindsay at remax is making me pay it every 3 months now that's not in the lease

İ am a house owner in Istanbul/Turkey. İ gave an advert for my house with "from owner" title and "realtors never contact" warning in a famous portal, called "sahibinden.com". And even mu warnings, I was known quality of people here, I only allowed messages and closed my phone number on sahibinden.com just avoiding from Remax workers' abusings.

Several times via several workers of Remax Gelişim, they have abused me. İn the end, I decided to write a google comment about this branch. A few days later on my review; this agency wrote a response firstly and said that "you re physycopat and so on", which is also an insulting crime for Turkey law and also not professional for an instituonal company also.

But worse is that; later on again from sahibinden.com portal someone sent private message and wrote "İ m Hakan Kayaoglu, Remax branch owner, call me immediately, you ll see!" Also I learnt that he came to compound also to find me! He confessed in his message this!

As Turkey is not very normal country because of really different people; I m firstly really scared because people kill themselves for sollu reaaons here. And I am totally fed up with at least 7-8 different Remax workers' messages about my house.

STOP REMAX! İ already applied to court about Hakan Kayaoğlu about abusing&threatening& insulting crimes.

This agent dislikes me as much as I dislike him; he is the selling agent for my divorced wife and is interjecting his opinions into the legal process of selling my home in accordance with the divorce decree. His attempt to influence the selling my property is leading to increased friction and volatility between those involved. His "influence" over my ex wife is unethical, we had reached an agreement to remove the house from the market until spring due to weather concerns and the rising interest rates. Hornberger intervened and created a dispute between attorneys. he should be censured and forced to attend company ehtics training before being allowed to represent any further clients

I saw an ad on facebook regarding becoming agent of real estate company, Remax. I filled my details and got a call from Mr. Naveen. During the call, he committed that I would get 80% commission on all transactions and told that at present he would have to send me email with commission stated as 50% according to norms of the company. But he committed that he would definitely send me an email with 80% commission after my training in a few days. After, he made this commitment, I paid Rs 35,000+GST to Remax account. I kept following up with him since day 1 regarding 80% email and every time, he said that I need not worry and that he would definitely send me an email with 80% commission in a few days. Then for a few days, he didn’t respond to my messages or my calls. One day, he picked my call and told me to talk to Mr. Anshu who is franchise head of Remax and sent me his number. I called him. During the call he denied to give me 80% commission. Immediately, I sent him email to refund my whole amount but he refused. I spoke to Miss Shivani and Mr. Amit also who had contacted me earlier and pleaded to help me but they refused to help me in any manner.

Contracted with Re/Max for a new home build.

Since buying the house in October 2019 all subsequent communication flows

through or is referred to the builder.

One major drainage issue has not been resolved, which since it was put off has now been shoved off as 'property owner's' responsibility by the builder.

Yesterday, I called the builder for a large exterior crack.

Have not been contacted back and usually this has be their habit, ie, we are busy, remind us, put you on the list, got you on the list, give us a call and remind us, leave a message, etc.

Contacting our Re/Max agent, I am afraid, will get the "contact" the builder

response again.

Can you contact Prestige Properties Re/Max rep Vanessa Smith to remedy the drainage problem and now the exterior problem.

As Skyridge Custom Homes represents Re/Max in our area I am sure that Re/Max doesn't want this type of image for it's customers.

I have a contract with a real estate estate. I am a buyer. I am supposed to pay 2% of the listed cost upon closing, but our agent did almost nothing. He did a visit with us, placed our offer and attended part of the home inspection.

When arranging the notary, he disregarded corrections that were made and sent the wrong information to parties. When attempting to get in touch with him, no one had any success. I had to speak with the selling agent myself to correct the information.

I called my agent - no answer. I e-mailed my agent to again state the new notary information. No answer.

The notary needed information from our agent and he never answered. I again (for the second time) had to call the selling agent to get certain information.

Now, we are approaching the notary singing and I need to ensure that our keys will be obtained and that everything is in order. Again I have not heard anything from our agent in about a month. I am now contacting, for the thitd time myself, the selling agent to arrange everything.

Why would I have to pay this agent when he was never available when I had questions or when correspondence needed to take place with the selling party - I did this all myself.

I bought a home in Grecia Costa Rica in May of this year, the Re/max realtor was Daniel Reams when I was shown the home and property I was given a remote control for a large gate and nice road to the house. I had no idea I was not on my property, On the plans it does show the driveway I used. the road has been closed by the home owner the road I had to use on my visit to my new home is so steep there is no way an Ambulance or any emergency services can reach the home, I can not have furniture or anything else delivered I rented a four wheel drive Toyota truck and it stalled on this road I had to roll back down and take a running start.

Both the realtor and Broker new about this issue and did not disclose the issue before the sale of the home to me, they made there money and have refused to address this issue. I would not have bought the house if I knew about this dangerous road.

I sold my California home with Re/max last year and they were great.

Hi My name is Hiteshkumar patel and I buy house with Remaxx agent Kumar amit and contact no.+[protected] in 2019. They give me that house in December 2021 and told me that all your remaing work will be finish in 6 months. Almost more than 8 months but still not going on. I call him more than 100 times but never pick up my call. Ask for my garage and some extra work when they will finish. Every time tell next week by text not call. Even the builder who build house peakland construction I have complaint for floor which is in January 2022. He tell me comes next month and fix that things but still no one comes. How they give 1 year warranty works on that.

In August 2022, as buyers, while trying to cancel a home purchase contract 2 weeks prior to closing, Remax Town and Country wants to sue us for the earnest money and their sales commissions (normally paid by the seller). Our initial inspection found structual issues on a wall holding up an addition for the sunroom, patio and porch on a 2 story steep hill. The Agent/Seller did not identify structure as an issue on the initial property disclosure statement. After waiting 3 weeks for a name, to be able to research the inspector and their company they would use and before time ran out, the Seller hired another inspector with low ratings, who indicate it was not a problem, even though it was clear that the wall holding up the home was pulling away from it after only 7 years of the installation. The 2nd inspector indicated that only some cement could be put in cracks in other retaining wall areas to fix the concern. Because of this review and the limited amount of work that they identified was needed, a warranty would not be provided.

Cancelling the contract was not an easy choice to make but we believe Remax was being unreasonable with their request for commissions, in a hot real estate market in Marietta Georgia where many homes are getting multiple offers and they will still get their commission when it is sold.

As seniors, ages 68 and 69 and with everything being on-line, we are not able to make any changes to address any concerns and could only initial and sign documents in limited amounts of time. This was all new for us and we trusted our agents which is now an unfortunate thing to do.
