Terrible experience with Rayford Migration – avoid at all costs!
I am writing this review with deep regret and frustration, having trusted Rayford Migration with my migration journey. Initially, they seemed highly professional and convincing — quick to respond and eager to assist before I signed the contract and paid them over 10,000 ringgit of my hard-earned money. But as soon as the payment was made, everything changed.
Throughout the entire process, I was left hanging with delayed responses and no proactive updates. I constantly had to follow up multiple times just to get any information about my case. To make matters worse, I discovered on my own that the agent assigned to me had been discredited, something the agency conveniently failed to disclose. It felt like a complete betrayal of trust.
Now, after years of wasted time, my English exam results, application, and profile have all expired, significantly lowering my points and my chances of obtaining a visa. I have lost hope in my dream to migrate, all thanks to the incompetence and deceit of this agency. Shockingly, even after all this, they had the audacity to reach out and ask for more money to continue their "services" and renew my profile, promising yet another endless waiting game.
This company operates like a scam and a blatant money-milking machine. Please, stay far away from Rayford Migration. I have already filed a lawsuit against them and am actively seeking other victims to strengthen the case. Employee treatment and misleading client
Most horrible employer ever. No wonder we can see so many 1 star ⭐️ reviews from both customers and ex-employees.
In my close to 5 months with the company, 3 months salaries were paid after the 7th. And unfair, un-tabulated, unaccounted deductions were made to all staff.
In my 5 months here, maybe a total of maximum 30mins of training was given. Wow 🙃 Yes, my sales figures were abysmal but why? Because of the "fantastic" leads that were already filtered once before being assigned to the sales consultant. On top of that, the sales team are like headless chickens, clueless about the product.
The company lets its own internal conflicts lead to no leader leading the sales team and a director that is clueless about the company's operations.

Operations team and other colleagues were excellent, just the employers were an absolute disaster. Hiring foreigners and not paying them is their modus operandi. They think that foreign and their local workers are their slaves. They even made all staff pack the stuff when they were moving their office from PJ to Wisma UOA2. (Totally out of our J.D). Super cheapo to the point that they cannot even afford to hire help to pack and unpack all the things they moved.
And a new staff was terminated when she wanted to know her J.D. I hope labour law comes down hard on this company.
How can you deal with A boss that wants to take the money from a customer but doesn't have the guts to meet the client when there are small issues. This is an obvious sign that there are dubious dealings here.
Potential customers should just bring their money and business to companies that know what they are doing. Over here, it is the BLIND LEADING THE BLIND and the rot happens from the top.
To all potential customers, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE WORDS AND EMPTY PROMISES OF THIS B.S. COMPANY.

before signing a contract they are the most adorable, after receiving the money no more contact, and do not expect to be reimbursed amicably, you must take a lawyer with them
jeremy promised me in his office a one-year visa before receiving the mm2h, following his proposal I agreed to pay 7000rm, to start the mm2h process (2019), I did not recieve a 1-year visa, promise not kept, 7 months later I ask for refund (2020), they submit the same day the mm2h documents to not reimburse me, mm2h are suspended by gouvernement until now (may 2021) they still do not want to

This is a very irresponsible migration company. They do not even check their work and task. I was charged 5000 AUD for 190 visa application. I actually managed to get invitation for Australian Permanent Residency, but due the company's negligence the invitation was expired on Dec 2017. I asked for whats the current status on May 2018, their manager, John said he have checked but there is no update. However, after getting advice from other migration lawyer I requested the username and password on April 2019, than only i found that the invitation already expired on Dec 2017 myself. When I asked for clarification, John said they did not receive the email regarding the invitation to apply for permanent residency.I have attached the screenshot of our communication so that no one else will get cheated by this company anymore. They talk nicely until they get your money, later they will be very rude and will not entertain any of your request or update your situation.
This is my first google review. I am just writing this so that no one will be cheated or their Australian dream is crushed by this type of irresponsible and unprofessional migration lawyers.
-On May 2018, after 8 months of EOI application I asked for status of EOI, Rayford Team representative John said he have checked the EOI and have no update from the Australian government (he did not check anything)

I requested username and password on 25 April 2019, to check the EOI status and I already obtained my invitation on October 2017 but Rayford team ignored it and my invitation expired on December 2017. They only realized after I check it myself.

I should have read this review from Zainal before signing an AUD 3,000.00 contract with them on DEC 2019.
Truly regret for the hasty decision made in that month.
Lesson Learned that this is the result of my insufficient reading effort on RAYFORD Advisory's online reviews.
unsatisfied and disappointed service
8 months ago we applied for Australian talent immigration through Rayford. First interview was great, the contact person was so hopeful about our position and showing us that it is very easy to get visa. If course after we sign contract and pass first part of payment things started to change. All consultancy they were giving was unsatisfied, at the end of every document submission we have to check the corrections and which documents need to send. People who work for Rayford, they don't have communication with each other. We have inform them for the mail traffics. Late answering the mails, sometimes not answering phone calls and at the end no even any excuses. After 8 month disappointment we ask to terminate our contract, 1 month after they answer that they can not return back any money.
Don't go RAYFORD better apply yourself.

Inefficient & unsatisfactory service rendered
i choose rayford migration services as a platform to apply for a pr to australia, but sadly was very disapointed with the services rendered by them. I enlisted their services in the closing 3rd quater of the year in 2013. I only just recently got news of my pending pr application to australia that it was rejected. In spite of this, rayford migration did not inform me about this. I had to personally call in to the migration office to find out that my application had been rejected and that the agent which was handling my case file had resigned. They then gave another reason saying that my case file had been transferred to a different agent who had failed to contact me or even notify me about the outcome of my application.
After some research, i found out the reason for rejection was because i was not applied under the correct field of work.
After speaking with the director of rayford migration Mr James Yap, he admitted to me that it was their fault that they applied a wrong field of work for my application.
After i had requested for a refund as i do no wish to enlist their services any further, i was told that i would only be given less then 1/3 of the full sum what i had been requested to pay up front initially.
On top of all that, rayford migration has also very incompetent staff and a very high turnover rate amongst their employees.
in this 1 1/2 years which i have enlisted their services, i was enlisted to 3 different agents who handled my case.
Worst of all is i do not have any proof of evidence to all this as they currently are in possesion of my case file and my own personal documents.
The Director of Rayford Migrations has resolved my complaint in a very amicable way which is beneficial to both parties involved.
I have resolved my issues with Rayford amicably and retract all my statements made against them as I misunderstood the terms. I am satisfied with the solutions they have provided.

We apply for Australia. Beginning wrong information has been given. During process they send wrong documentation and unsatisfied consultancy. We would like to take our money, they don't give. Never try the Rayford immigration, better apply by yourself, anyway in the process you have search and find out everything by yourself.
How is your application ?-
I used Rayford services way back in 2011 when I applied for PR to Canada. The person who handled my case was very professional and I got my PR approved in less than a year. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and now I am residing in Canada since the approval. Frankly, I wouldn't be here without the services from Rayford. It is unfortunate that some of you had bad experiences with Rayford but overall they are still the best out there in Malaysia. After letting Rayford handle the case, I feel that it is also your responsibility to check the status of your own application and to follow up closely. We have to work together with them to make the application a success. If you sense your application is not going the right way, raise it to their higher management immediately and get it resolved.

Rayford also provided very bad service to me. I applied for Australia immigration in September 2015 and in august 2016. I came to know my case as not even been processed, even for first stage. All this time they lied to me by telling me that my case is under process. And when I request for refund. No one response. Very rude and incompetent staff. Can anyone advice who should I complaint too for my refund.
