I occasionally shop at the Ralphs in Burbank, CA on the corner of Buena Vista and Victory. The store is laid out in a not customer friendly way - example, why isn't the ketchup with the mayo? Why are the english muffins not with the bread? And please tell me how you can justify having two people only at the cash registers on a busy Saturday afternoon? The lines were 6 and 7 people deep. It is outrageous. Todays date is Saturday, October 17 and this should be addressed immediately.
