Checkers & Rally's

I just want to make a complaint about my last visit to Rally's. My family and I eat at Rally's every week when we come in town, and this particular time we ordered our food and waited for our order. Once we got our order, my brother politely asked "which bag is this" she immediately snapped at him saying what you mean which bag is that and it was downhill after that she went off the deep end saying I didn't take your order I'm off the clock and slammed the window closed while my brother was still talking. We could hear her saying to another employee that she was off the clock and was just handing the food out if the window. If she was off the clock, why was she in the window in the first place? It wasn't a big deal that everything was in one bag we were just trying to see if it was or if there was a second bag. That one rude and nasty employee will be the reason that my family and I will never go back to Rally's at 420 Oak St., in Conway, Arkansas! Look for the skinny African American female with the big ghetto afro puff hairdo who should be working the grill instead of the window.
