I love Ralleys. They have great food and their fries and beyond the best. But one Madera Ca has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any fast food restaurant. McDonald's service is better than this place. I have gave them a chance my times. I've talked to the managers but nothing has been done. Every time I go they either rude. Don't listen properly and then argue when they mess up. I even had a girl tell me I was wrong and not want to fix my order. What kind of manger is running this place to have such horrible people working there. I work in a restaurant and I'd be I so much trouble if I did half of those things. They really need some new management or works here because this is horrible.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

food was cold.Girl named Breanna was very rude.Pies was old and cold I spent $12.89 at 2:17 pm.
I was placing an order and asked for a baconzilla large combo. I asked to have large fries and a large drink I also asked for a fully loaded fry and a baconzilla fry. They gave me two baconzilla fries and a small fry. This is the first time they missed up my order. The mess up my order every time I go up there. I would like to get what I paid for.

I ordered a waffle cone and when I received it, there was a hair on it. I gave it back to the cashier. She said "there wasn't a hair on it when I gave it to you" I was shocked and furious that she would argue with me about it. They weren't wearing hairnets. I don't understand why she didn't just give me another one. So petty. I just walked away mad and told her I didn't want it. I lost my appetite. I've never felt so cheated in my life.
