I have ordered food from Rail Recipe it has to be delivered at Prayagraj In Kamayani Train order placed But train arrive and departed but not picking call and not giving Whatsapp reply. My order is still active, didn't get cancelled also by them... Money is not matter that much. Someone is waiting hungrily for food to come. This should not be happening. Please take action asap... I am attaching my order details and current status of order

Desired outcome: Strict action to be taken

Poor service do not use again

This is my order ID [protected] I have ordered food from Amritsar and done payment in advance but at time of delivery at Jalandhar cant the agent was neither come to my seat nor call me. In short I have not received the food and I want my refund of full amount
