Stay AWAY from this company. My credit card was charged TWO days after i told my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Now they tell me it will take 4 weeks to get my money back!!!

Order # 258XXX was cancelled due to out of stock, and my credit card was charged after i was told it was refunded. It

was charged on Feb 10.

I have contacted the offices in Italy. It does appear that amount was inadvertently moved to our account but was then

immediately refunded

I am checking again with the offices in Italy

shows charged on feb 10th

The money will clear back into your account within no more than 4 weeks. We regret we cannot speed up the transaction

process as it entirely depends on the bank

I can send you a copy of the banking information by email if you like

I did not purchase from your company hoping to provide you a loan for 4 weeks. that is a lot of funds to hold from my

budget.

I can send a copy to enable your bank to see the money is released, if it will help to speed up their processing time

send what you can but i will be filing complaints and recommending others do not purchase from your company

That is your choice sir, however the money is refunded and the time it takes to show in your account is dependent on

the processing time for your bank
Garry:
It should not have been charged after the order was cancelled due to you running out of stock.
Garry:
that is very poor service.
Dawn:
Please do be advised that if a dispute is filed it does take longer to receive the money

Hopefully others will not be subjected to the poor service then.
Dawn:
The charge was immediately released and takes no longer to process into the account than does the release of the

authorization

I do understand your opinion, but most others do understand the processing itme and are able to get their baks to

speed up the processing time when we send the information

    They did the same to me. The keep commiting fraud after fraud! They should be out of business

    Raffaello Network has been in business for over 16 years. We, as our name implies, network with licensed high end boutiques throughout Italy.

    I have just been duped by Raffaello Network and i am extremely fraudstrated. I paid $112.00 for a T-shirt and returned the product immediately. I got an email of the Refund coupon of $77.00. I was shocked. I read the website that states that you only get 90% back and by my calculation the refund is not what i was expecting. To make matter worse, the phone is never picked up, email never replied, and the coupon they sent me was not working. I am looking for a way to reach out to them.

    Raffaello Network is not a legitimate seller of any of the brands on its website. It is selling high quality fakes, models that often don't even exist in the true collection of the designer, so please check the real collection of the designer before buying.

    If you go to this place anyway, at least you'll know that you will get a fake, and you will the judge of what price you want to pay for this.

    My references are my from my own research, including contacting designers, and authenticing a pair of shoes I bought from Raffaello Network (logo obviously applied reverse, unusual hill, unusual tag, unusual label, and model number that simply doesn't exist). Please beware.

    You should read and ask questions before placing order. And this was an accounting issue as it seems. Dawn seemed to assist you- you took out frustration on her, and she corrected it. You should be thankful she researched the information and fixed it. He probably did get refunded but does not want positive info back. Go on and ask them because they can answer that... seems he is complaining to complain.. get a life and do not post unless you have all facts to post!
