Radio Shack review: customer service manager was extremely rude and condescending!!

Beau was his name. He acted like it was my fault that the dish playmaker did not work for my unit at the campground. The person who sold it to me was not knowledgeable on all of the products he sells. He also sold me a nonrefundable Wally reciever. He stated if it didn't work for my RV, I could use it at home. Needless to say it does not work at my home either due to having a Hopper and 4 joeys. So now I sit with a reciever I can not use! So very frustrating!
