Noise Gonoise.com's Colorfit Pulse Grand Watch: A Cautionary Tale on Pricing and Customer Service

I had a real tuff situation ya'll with gonoise.com's customer service. Let me tell you all the details, so you won't make the same mistake. I was eyeing their colorfit pulse grand watch, and when they advertised it at Rs. 4000 during a half-hour sale, I thought it was a good deal. However, it turns out that even today, it's still priced at Rs. 2100. Can you imagine my surprise? It was like a huge scam, and they should feel real bad for cheating me, ya know?

But the problems didn't stop there. When I sent the watch in for servicing, I was told it would take just a month to get it back in top condition. But when it finally came back, it was in a broken box, and nothing was done about my complaint! What gives, right? To top it off, they didn't even fix my watch or replace it. It was like they just crushed the box and sent it back to me. The service was so poor, it's making me real sad just thinking 'bout it.

So, folks, if you're thinking 'bout buying from gonoise.com, be careful. Their prices might seem tempting, but they might just be ripping you off. And their customer service? Don't even get me started.

Noise Lack of Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Noise

I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with Noise. I mean, I tried to get some help with my product and they just totally dropped the ball. I reached out to their service center and they gave me a complaint number and told me they were looking into it. But now, when I checked, they say there's no complaint from me at all! Like, what the heck? So I called their support line, and even the automated system couldn't find my complaint number. I mean, seriously, it's like they just took my money and then pretended like my issue doesn't even exist. What a bunch of crooks!

Noise Unreliable and Disappointing: A Review of VS304 Noise Airbuds

I jus ordered these Noise airbuds, the VS304, four days ago on the 24th of November 2022, and finna tell ya some real bad news, fam. It just got delivered today, the 28th of November, 2022. So first impressions? Not lookin too good, my dudes.

I was hella excited to unbox these babies and try them out. Followed all the instructions that were in the manual step by step, right? But ya know what, they never eva' got connected, like, wtf mate? Can't be having none of that, you hear me? Total [censored], h8 this product yo.

I've already gone 'n' lodged a complaint to the company, but I got no feedback from them yet. Ain't nobody got time for dat! I don't wanna wait around for no fixes or replacement, nah. I'm just demandin my money back, plain 'n' simple. And I done looked up the return 'n' refund policy for this company 'n' I've acted accordingly.

Now, ya might be wondering why I'm givin' this product a five star rating, right? But hold up, lemme tell ya why. I'm givin' it five stars solely to make sure that others don't go 'n' buy the same product and go through what I went through. Ya feel me? So, don't be fooled by the high rating and shiny advertising on their website, this product is a big bummer and a dud.

So, unless you're willin' to go through the whooole process of returnin' these earbuds for a refund, trust me, just move on and keep lookin' for somethin' that's actually worth your hard earned money, homies.

Noise Disappointed with Noise Smartwatch Customer Service

So, I purchased the Noise smart watch and it's been giving me some troubles with the control button. I sent in an email about it and got a ticket number (***), but it's been 10 days now and still no solution. Honestly, I'm getting a little frustrated having to constantly follow up with them to get my smartwatch fixed. I mean, are they even trying to help me out here?

I don't really have any other options at this point, and I'm so upset that I'm venting my frustrations online. I thought Noise was supposed to be a good brand, but their service has been such a letdown. I'm very disappointed with the way this has all gone down.

I really hope someone from the company takes this seriously, because I'm starting to lose faith in them. If they can't even handle a simple issue like this efficiently, then I doubt I'll be recommending them to anyone.

Anyway, I'm still waiting to hear back from them and hoping for a resolution to my problem soon.

Noise Terrible Customer Service: Go Noise fails to replace defective product after 6 months

I bought the Noise Shorts X3 from Myntra and I was extremely disappointed when I received a defective product. I placed a request for a replacement on Go Noise but it has been 6 long months and I am still waiting for my replacement! I have sent them numerous follow-up emails but all I get in return are fake promises with no actual action.

I even reached out to their managers, Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Abhinav Sharma, but they completely ignored my problem and gave me nothing but more fake promises. Even Mr. Nikhil admitted that they are not following their customer satisfaction policy, which is completely unacceptable.

I have already paid for the product and it is beyond frustrating that I have been waiting this long for a simple replacement. I never thought another company would treat their customers this way. I have no other choice but to file a complaint against this company.

I strongly advise you not to purchase any product from Go Noise. Save yourself the time and frustration.

Noise Noise Smartwatch Ultra 2 - Unprofessional Refund Process & Customer Service

So, I decided to buy this noise smartwatch ultra 2 from their official website. It was a prepaid order, and I was eagerly waiting for my order to be delivered. However, due to some personal reasons, I had to refuse the delivery at the time of receiving it. I wasn't sure what to do next, so I contacted their customer service number for help. Surprisingly, no one responded to my calls, and the email response was equally disappointing.

I sent numerous emails to them asking about my refund, but they did not respond to any of my queries. It has now been a month, and there has been no communication regarding the same from them. I am frustrated with the way they have handled the situation and made me wait for my refund.

To put it simply, I would not suggest purchasing anything from noise's official website as it has a severe lack of professionalism. They do not know how to treat their customers and keep them informed about the refund process. My experience with them has been so terrible that I would never recommend their products to anyone.

Noise Disappointing Experience with Noise: Slow Delivery & Poor Customer Service

If you're considering purchasing from Noise, there are a few things you should know. While some companies may take three or four days to deliver a product, Noise can take up to 10 days. This is something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry to get your hands on one of their products.

I decided to buy the Noise Shots X5 Pro, but unfortunately, I had problems with it within just 20 days of purchase. I contacted their customer service department and requested a reverse pickup on July 30th. However, it took eight days for the product to reach them once again.

After this process was completed, they asked me to wait for four "working days" to understand the problem, but those four days turned into six days. Today is August 14th, and I'm still waiting for an update on my device. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team, but the representatives I spoke to were incredibly rude and even hung up on me mid-conversation.

Overall, I haven't had a good experience with Noise. Their products may not live up to expectations, and their customer service team could use some work. If you're considering purchasing from them, I would advise against it.

Noise Terrible Customer Service Experience with Gonoise.com - A Complete Nightmare!

Let me tell you about my experience with gonoise.com. It was a complete nightmare. The product I purchased was so bad that it automatically broke down and fixed itself without any notice. However, one day it did not fix itself, and I was forced to contact customer service. Unfortunately, the service centres mentioned on their website weren't picking up the phone, leaving me frustrated with no solution.

So, I decided to register a complaint online, and after a brief troubleshooting session, the team noise couldn't fix the product. They gave me the address and number of a service centre in my city. But when I spoke to them, I was met with the worst attitude possible. They didn't even listen to my complaint and told me the timings to visit the centre.

Finally, I decided to visit the service centre. I went so far only to find that it was closed. What a $#*!ty experience! On the call, they told me to come anytime from Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 4 pm, only to discover that the centre was closed. They really expected me, a customer, to come during prime office hours?

I have never experienced such worst service in my life, and I will never purchase a product from this $#*!ty company again.

Noise Amazing Sound and Quality: Noise AirPods Review

So, I recently got my hands on the new AirBuds Mini and Airbuds+ from Noise, which is an Indian brand that has a wide range of music headphones, earphones and smartwatches available. I have previously bought two smartwatches and a Noise Shots earphone from Noise and my experience with them has been perfect. I am still using them and they work just fine.

But today, I will talk about my experience with the AirPods from Noise that I recently ordered. I just received them today and I would like to share my thoughts on them. Firstly, I would like to mention that the AirPods look really AMAZING. The build quality is extremely great and the finishing gives off a high-end feel. It is quite sturdy and feels perfect on the ears.

When it comes to sound quality, I was really surprised to see how well BALANCED the bass and the treble was, which is really rare and only available in high-end devices. The sound quality is just perfect and has a FEEL of surround sound to it. The Bluetooth connectivity is fast and smooth, with NO LAGGING whatsoever.

Overall, I think this is a FANTASTIC product, especially given the PRICE at which it is available. I am also proud of the fact that this is a "Make-in-India" initiative and it is a SOLID one at that.

I would definitely recommend this product to EVERYONE out there. As a music lover myself, I am LITERALLY BLOWN AWAY by the quality of this product. Keep up the great work, Noise!

Noise Ultra Buzz Watch: A Rollercoaster Experience from Disappointment to Satisfaction

I gotta tell ya folks, this Ultra Buzz watch is somethin' else. My son got this watch as a gift and, let me tell you, it was fire for the first 2 months. But then, it just fell off. After 3 months, it was still workin', but not like it was before. Now, the thing doesn't even make it through a day without needing a charge. I don't know what's up with these technical specs, but they don't match what's happening in real life. Seems like the company shoulda tested it more before puttin' it out there. Waste of time and money, I tell ya. Don't bother.

Okay, folks, hold the phone! I gotta give it to the Noise team - they came through for me. They replaced my watch no questions asked after just a couple emails. I'm gonna give this new one a try and see if it was just a fluke before. I'll write again in a month and let you know what's up.

Alright, I'm back and I gotta say, this new watch is straight up dope. Battery life is so much better - with callin', it lasts a good 4 days. But if you aren't on the phone all day, you can go for over a week without chargin' it up. Plus, it don't take long to get a full charge - less than 45 minutes. And, let's talk about how good it looks - steady and rockin'. Plus, it's freakin' light - feels like you ain't even wearin' it. Design-wise, it's super similar to that fancy Apple watch, too. I'm lovin' it, and more importantly, my son is too. Gotta give a big shoutout to the Noise team for hookin' it up proper. Check out this sweet snap I got of the battery life after 4 whole days of using it.

Noise Noise ColorFit Pulse Grand Smart Watch

I purchased this Noise Smart Watch on Amazon, India date 18jun2023.

After a while it is observed that pulse readings displayed are exaggerated.

I have cross checked the results with other products, also manual check.

This was brought to their notice on 11nov2023 by email & a manual complaint 2318994 was registered on their website.

I have taken all the steps as advised by them for resolution.

As of today they have not bothered to resolve the issue in spite of several emails.

Noise Disappointing customer service and faulty product: My experience with Noise smart watch

I recently bought a smart watch from the official website of Noise and it turned out to be a total waste of money. When I received the product, I was shocked to find out that they had sent me an old watch instead of the new one. I raised a complaint with their customer support team, but they were of no help. All they said was that they have sent me the correct product.

I am very disappointed with their service. I have bought products from both Flipkart and Amazon before, and their return process is much smoother. Noise's customer support team needs to learn from them.

Overall, I would not recommend buying anything from Noise's website. Their service is very poor and you can't trust them to send you the correct product. It's much better to buy from a trustworthy e-commerce platform like Flipkart or Amazon where you can easily return a faulty product.

Noise Terrible Customer Service and Busted Product - Warning to Avoid Noise Products

Honestly, don't waste your hard earned cash on noise products. They're no good, man. I got sent a busted product which was a major bummer, dude! So, like, normal people would expect an easy replacement or refund, right? Not with these folks! They got me feeling like I'm a fool. Their customer service stinks! They've left me high and dry, man.

But listen to this, they told me that they'll replace my product with a used one from someone else! I don't want someone else's old junk, it's uncool! I asked for my money back so I could buy from a decent company. But, no go, man! Straight up rude, they don't even care about their clients.

So now, I took my complaint to the consumer court because they ain't listening to me. So, like, heed my warning, don't even bother with noise products, waste of time and money!

Noise Dissatisfying Service Center Experience with Yo Noise

Yo Noise,
Man, it's been a tough time dealing with y'all. My calls ain't connecting and when I try to hit up your service center, it's like they vanished or something. I've been going there for the past two days, and every time I reach the service center on JM Road, it's a hot mess. The SVC team ain't nowhere to be found and the location is sketchy. To top it off, I try ringing up their number and nobody answers.

Listen, I get it. Maybe it's just a fluke or something. But when I'm trying to get my headphones fixed, it would be nice not to have to jump through fiery hoops to do it. Y'all need to step up your game and make sure that your service centers are up to snuff. Ain't nobody got time to deal with this kind of headache.

I'm hoping that y'all can get your act together and sort out these issues. Because honestly, I'm about ready to give up on Noise altogether. I had high hopes for y'all, but this experience has been a major letdown. Do better, Noise team. Do better.

Noise Beware of Noise: My Frustrating Experience with Their Poor Delivery Service

So, I decided to give this online store called Noise a try and bought a watch. However, things did not go as I expected it to be. After waiting for some time, I was informed through a message that the said product has already been delivered to me. But to my surprise, there was no package that got delivered to my doorstep!

It was a frustrating experience, and I tried to reach out to the company through the email that they provided. Unfortunately, my efforts didn't bear any fruit as their responses did not provide me any helpful resolution and only said that they checked with their delivery staff, and everything seemed fine in their end. But how can that be possible if I haven't even seen anyone around my place?

It felt like my money was stolen, and I couldn't believe that a 'reputed' company like Noise can do this type of treatment to its customers. It's disgusting and unfair. If someone paid for a product, they deserve to get it. Noise has failed to provide me with my order, and this is unacceptable.

Coming to think of it, I have seen a review similar to mine posted by one customer. It is quite alarming that such things can happen, and probably more customers might be experiencing the same or similar ordeal without any proper acknowledgment or resolution from Noise.

I tried returning a product to Noise for the past two weeks, but boy oh boy, what a nightmare! The product was returned back to me from the delivery center because the Noise team couldn't be bothered to respond. I contacted their service center to try and resolve the issue, but to no avail. Noise Disappointing Experience with gonoise.com: Pathetic Customer Service and After-Sales Support

So I decided to try out the gonoise.com website and went ahead and bought myself a noise tws. It was pretty good for the first month, but unfortunately my left ear bud stopped working. I sent in a request for a reverse pickup so it could be repaired, but it took a whole 2 weeks just to get it back. And when I finally did, the right ear bud was broken. I was pretty upset with the whole situation and tried to contact customer care, but they wouldn't respond at all. Then I found out that they even closed my complaint about the physical damage without my permission. Honestly, the customer care and service team is just really pathetic. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience and it's definitely not worth the money.

Noise Noisy and Defective: A Disappointing Experience with Noise's Buds Play

I can't believe how many times I've had to complain about the noise and quality issues with my buds play from Noise. Every time I reach out to their team, I get no response or a lackluster one that doesn't address my concerns.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the case for my buds play has scratch marks and dark patches making it look old and worn out. It's really disappointing when you pay good money for a product only for it to look like it's been used for years after just a few months. And to make matters worse, when I ask for an exchange, I'm sent the same old defective product over and over again.

I've been following up with Noise's team for a month and a half now and still there's no resolution. It's really frustrating when you have to keep chasing a company for a problem that they should be fixing on their own. I hope they can sort out these issues soon because I'm not sure if I can keep using these defective buds play.

I recently got a product from Noise called the Colorfit Pro 3 smart watch, and unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. I was really upset about that, but when I talked to their customer support team about a refund, they told me they don't do that. Instead, they offered to repair it and send it back to me.

Noise Unreliable and Frustrating: My Disappointing Experience with this Smartwatch

This product is a big no-no! I used it for just four days and the product would automatically disconnect. To make it work again, I had to uninstall the Noise app which is crucial to use this watch. But even after reinstalling it, I couldn't connect to the smartwatch. This happened repeatedly, and I tried turning off the watch and repeating the entire process again, but it was useless. In the end, I gave up and had no choice but to accept my disappointment.

I expected more from this product, and unfortunately, I got less. The watch is unreliable and a complete waste of money. I was constantly frustrated with the constant disconnects, app issues, and inability to reconnect. As someone who depends on her smartwatch on a daily basis, I was highly dissatisfied with the performance of this watch.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. It's a complete waste of your hard-earned money. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different smartwatch that actually works well without constant trouble.

Noise Poor Quality Impulse Smartwatch and GT08: A Disappointing Experience with Noise Website

I just want to tell y'all something about this website called Noise. I got their impulse smartwatch and man oh man, the voice ain't that great. I couldn't even hear it properly. So, I decided to get it replaced with the GT08, but let me tell you, the finish was bad bad bad. It's a good thing the watches you can buy on the street are better in quality, because this one ain't nothing compared to those. Anyhoo, I decided to just send it back for a refund or replacement, but they went ahead and gave me a gift voucher. And, let me tell you, that ain't doing nothing for me. I don't plan on wasting my money on any more of their cheap quality products.
