Does not open on time
Did not open on time. Manager seen a line of people outside all people trying to get to work and still did not open on time. I work in retail i know the importance of opening on time in the morning when people are trying to get to work and this is uncalled for. I think if your a manager you should know the importance of opening on time in the morning

Went to the Racetrac on Saturday MARCH7, 2020and got 5 cans of Skoal Citrus dip the cashier asked if o wanted the pouches or long cut I told her long cut when I got home I noticed she gave me the pouches. I couldn't take the fip back until the next day because they had to rush my mom to the hospital, when I finally got time the next day I took 4 cans back to the store and tried explaining to the cashier what had happened, she could see the cans had not been opened, I asked if I could exchange them for the long cut and was told no since it was bought the night before when I tried explaining why it had took so long to come back to the store and how it was their fault in the first place she was very hateful and still refused to exchange them. I have been a very loyal customer since this store opened but after this idk if I will go back there or not
gas pump mix up/giving away merchandise
Yesterday I went into the Racetrack on Fowler Ave Tampa in the University Mall area, at 330Pm and gave the cashier $25 cash for pump #13. Before I noticed the other cashier talking to a customer who wanted two large cokes, the cashier said that she knew her and talked a bit and when the customer wanted to pay for the drinks the cashier said that was okay...

I live next to this race track location and I went every morning to get my coffee and gas and cigarettes as usual, but today there is a girl name aren work at 3:55 am she's the most rude and disrespectful person i've ever seen and I don't think that this kind of people should be in this great location??? I wish that she get more good training with customers just like the other people who work here. Thank you

employee issues
I went to Racetrac on Sandlake road and got gas then realized one worker who name was "Tory" was very rude! She didn't care about what I was asking for she had a I don't care I hate my job attitude... one manager stated to her she has to fix her face she goes "I don't want to be here" which then left all types of rude faces on everyone around me face.

Sunday 2.2.2020 5:40a Store 2514 Cashier, Will, was VERY rude. He began to get loud, tried to "talk over " me as I was speaking, and began to get argumentative. I asked the other cashier to ring me up since he was having difficulty. He then stepped over and began again with the same nonsense. Manager did step in. He was NOT very customer service oriented.

Second time I've been here and there has been a sign on the site saying they were temporarily closed. This time I got an explanation that the computers are down. As I'm talking to the person, they let an employee run in. Seems more that they were short staffed and waiting for reinforcements to arrive. It really looks like there's only one or two people in there.

I waited at least 4 minutes before someone came to assist me. This young lady came to the register And she was very rude. She was an African American girl with a lighter complexion. I have witnessed several times of clerks trying to avoid customers using their point rewards. Not only that but they complain when customers use their point rewards it causes them not to get a raise. If Racetrack doesn't want customers doing this and clerks are going to raise a stink about it than do away with the whole [censored]ing point rewards. It's like when a company makes coupons than complains that a customer is using it. You want to [censored]ing advertise than take an add out.

I went to racetrack at 4788 josey ln Carrollton at around 6.25 pm today . I filled the Cofee cup and went to counter but there was no milk. Almond milk was also empty. I went to the Register and told the person that there is no milk . He said that he'll bring . I went back to the coffee counter. Unfortunately I waited for around 12 minutes and signled also couple of times but he didn't bring the milk. Then I went back and told him that my coffe is now getting cold so I'm going. He said ok and didn't mention anything. I was really disappointed and never expected from racetrack. I'm a regular customer
cashier error
I took a lottery ticket in to cash out. It was only 1.00 and the cashier j Harvey asked if I wanted my dollar or a ticket. I told her give me a ticket worth a dollar. I also bought ice cream so when she said 5.27, I assumed that was just the ice cream but I am looking at my receipt a day later and she charged me for the ticket also. I realize it's only 1.00...
kitty litter at pumps
I pulled up to my regular gas station to get gas at the RaceTrac on 624 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville Georgia 30045, and I stepped into a puddle of kitty litter. My new shoes that I received for Christmas are destroyed and my tire is caked with it! I went inside to tell the manager and almost slipped. I had to tip toe in there to speak with the manager about the issue. I was then asked if I slipped and when I said almost I was apologized to for my nice sneakers being messed up; that was it! I am a regular at RaceTrac and I don't think this is how guests should be treated. I spend a lot of time and money there and this is just unacceptable!
register paying for gas and scratch offs
Arrive this morning 6am 3 ladies in the front just hoarse playing. Took them forever to process 2 scratch off. 2 different ladies took turns trying to assist me. They need extra training on how to do the job and work place etiquette. Very unprofessional on the Associates chosen to represent racetrac. I am a very unhappy customer. Hope they are corrected on how to reflect proper work etiquette. Thank you, Concern Customer
