I'm in sales so I regularly buy $50 gift cards and the last few times I visited this RaceTrac they offered my free coffee with the purchase of a RaceTrac gift card. I thought this was very nice so today when I purchased two $50 gift cards Tran: 912830 I asked the cashier Mike if that was still an active promotion. He said he wasn't sure and I said no problem but then he proceeded to yell across the store to his supervisor Jeff and ask him if they were giving away free coffees with the purchase of RaceTrac gift cards. Jeff replies loudly across the store NO, I've never even heard of us ever doing that. This whole interaction was embarrassing and made me feel like they thought I was lying to get a free coffee. I will NEVER use this store again.
