RaceTrac - clerk / cashier

Note I have never wrote a review good or bad before, so this was a really bad experience for me. This incident happened on 2-6-20 at 9:43 pm at 5600 fruitville rd, sarasota, fl 34232 location. I looked at receipt for exact date and time because this employee was so rude it made me livid. I went in to get a roll of snuff, they only had five individual cans and no rolls of snuff (note its cheaper to buy rolls of snuff than 5 individual cans) before I left the counter I looked at the cans and realized it was the wrong kind of snuff, the hispanic female employee (I do not know her name so I use hispanic beause there were two employees, receipt says kristen, I do not know if thats her name or managers name, the other a white male who is always nice and had nothing to do with this incident) she was already on the next customer before I left the counter, so I waited until she got done with the next customer, mind you im standing in front of her and I wave at her to get her attention before she went on to next customer so I could tell her that she gave me the wrong snuff, well boy that was a big mistake because she said we are not allowed to exchange snuff, remember I had just bought the snuff and had not left the counter yet, I told her I had asked for the other kind to begin with so its not my fault, all she had to do was exchange the snuff instead of telling me she was not allowed to exchange it. It was her mistake to begin with, I did not appreciate being shouted at for a mistake she made, she clearly has anger management issues, she gives me the snuff and says quote "you got your stuff just go"making a big scene out of nothing while other customers are waiting in line behind me. Im a regular at this station and ive never seen her before. Maybe you can chalk it up to a bad day but this was just so over the top. No one should talk to anyone like that, especially in the customer service business. She should clearly be fired, I dont say this lightly and would never wish anyone fired but she was so rude and clearly was waiting to vent on any poor soul that came in the store. I know this is long and I have other important things to do but I really wanted to let this store know about this employee, who mark my words, will cause more problems unless she is let go. The manager needs to look at the store video on date and time I have given with this complaint and you will see what I mean. Hopefully they have sound with their video.
