Why in the hell does the Racetrac in Inverness Florida round your change up? They think that you dont want pennies! Well I want pennies! They all do it at this store! The cash drawer has to be short at the end of a shift. How do they make up for the shortages? It has always been a problem at this store. Just give the right change and the customer will be happy and the cash drawer wont be short. By the way, Racetrac hires a lot of clerks that have No customer skills. No "hello" and No "thank" you.

Inverness always gives the incorrect change. Must be a lot of stealing going on there. Racetrac hires some very edgy employees,

Yes! I was just shorted $20.00 at a Racetrack in Fort Worth Texas. I'm waiting to see if the on shift manager is going to call me back about it as they couldn't count their drawer down right then. Been waiting an hour so far. Very unhappy with the rude cashier, when I brought the shortage to his attention. He kept messing up my purchase total and I think he did it on purpose. He messed up my money order, my 2 drinks, and cigarettes. He probably would have messed up my gas purchase too, except I used my card at the pump for that.
It's actually been a long time since I've had a pleasant experience in this particular Racetrack.
Same problem at the local racetrack in Flagler Beach..no one counts back change, they just hand you money and hope you don't count it. Short changed the other day and when I pointed it our to the cashier, she said she didn't have anymore change. All I want what is due me, no more, no less. No apology, but I did get my correct change.
