Quicken Loans - not refund my money for loan not approved

I was told never charge any fee if I did not approve or denied the loan. That was a liar. I paid up front $500 from my credit card to open the loan application. Every thing was communicated on the phone and Internet. They said I qualified and approved for refinance. I sent them my income tax return, work income statement, and all my bank financial information. My credit score are excellent, and my current mortgage payment had never been late. My home equity over 40% of the loan. They finally denied my loan and ripoff $500 on my credit card. I was very piss off. I want to file a law suit and going to report to police.

QUICKEN LOAN SERVICES IS THE WORST FINANCING COMPANY I EVER DELTH WITH.

MY CREDIT SCORE IS 805,
MY INCOME IS 4-5 TIMES MORE THAN MY MORGAGE PAYMENT,
MY NET ASSETS ARE OVER 1.5 MILL,
MY HOUSE WORTH 2 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT I TRIED TO FINANCE,
MY 2 YEAR TAX RETURN AND BANK STATEMENTS PROVE MY INCOMES.
NEVER LATE MY PAYMENT LAST 33 YEARS.
I DON’T OWN FOR ANY CREDIT CART COMPANY OR ANY OTHER LOANS.
NO BANKRUTCY OR CRIMINAL RECORD.

IS THERE A BANK OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN THIS WORLD, IGNORE ME TO REFINANCE MY HOME?

Mrs. BARBARA FROM QUICKEN LOAN DEPARTMENT CALLED ME AND GET ALL MY INFO BY PHONE AND QUALIFIED MY LOAN.
BUT…
INSTEAD OF Mrs. BARBARA FALOW UP MY LOAN DOC. SOMEONE ELSE CALLING ME FROM QUICKEN LOAN EVERYDAY FOR 10 DAYS ASKING ME, “IF I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME FOR REFINANCE MY HOME“.
THE MEAN TIME WHEN I’M CALLING Mrs. BARBARA, WHO WAS HANDLING MY DOC, NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS FOR 10 DAY‘S.

FINALLY, I DELETED ALL QUICKEN LOAN INFO FROM MY COMPUTER AND CALLED LANDING TREE.
IMAGINE,
THE SAME DAY I GET DETAILED FOR COST AND LOCKING THE INTEREST, APPROVED FOR LOAN AFTER I EMAILED ALL THE PAPERS REQUIRED ELECTRONICALLY, PAID THE APPRAISAL FEE THE SAME DAY, SECOND DAY I GET CALL FROM APPRAISAL ASKING ME, “WHICH DAY IS THE BEST FOR ME TO VISIT MY HOME“.
Imagine how bad is the services of quicken loan.
