On June 23rd, 2026 we went to a Quick Quack near ROCKLIN, CA, and the wash broke our rear window wiper arm off.
I noticed it immediately when pulling in to vacuum car, and notified attendant.
He took pictures, informed me the manager would contact me when they reviewed videos.
Here we are nearly 3 weeks later, no communication.
Cost 120.00 to repair.
In the meantime, we have a charge to our card for our monthly subscription, which we had NOT authorized.

Claimed loss: $120.00 PLUS monthly charges!

Desired outcome: Please refund. Pay for repairs
