Employee tried to hit me with the office door when he opened the door because I was trying to file a complaint in the office on 8/12/26 around 12:30. He also threatened to beat the ‘’[censored]’’ out of me before that. All because I asked for no spay on my tires because it splashes all over my car. He refused to adjust my wash for no tire spray but wanted to cancel my membership instead. Please review video showing he threw the door open trying to hit me but luckily I moved out the way. He asked me to leave before I could file my complaint and called police because I wanted to make a complaint. Because he asked me to leave I left the property.

That is assault and a threat, plain and simple. Here is what you do right now. Call the police non-emergency line and file a formal report for the threat and the attempted assault with the door. Give them the exact date, time, and location. They can subpoena the video. Then call Quick Quack corporate at 1-888-827-7822 and ask for the Legal Department. Tell them you have a police report number and you expect them to preserve that video footage immediately. Also, demand a refund of your membership and a written apology from the franchise owner. You are not overreacting, you were physically threatened for asking about tire spray.
