Quick Quack Car Wash review: Car wash dysfunction quick quack incident id#iad0029498

I am writing regarding a motor vehicle collision that occurred at the Quick Quack Car Wash located at 31485 SR 20, Oak Harbor, Washington on July 24, 2026 at approximately 4:30 PM. Public property records identify this location as owned by Quick Quack Car Wash Holdings, LLC.

I sent a formal demand for preservation of all records, texts, calls, recordings.

A police report has been filed with the Oak Harbor Police Department under Case No. 26-O0XXXXX, and a consumer complaint has been submitted to the Washington State Attorney General's Office for review.

The car in front of me as well as the one behind me was placed very close together.

As usual, I entered, put the car in neutral, took my foot off the brake and waited. I entered the wash, felt a surge, like my tire went over a roller, or as if I was pushed, then, my vehicle hit the vehicle in front of mine. I then pressed the brake, went into park, then back into neutral.

I was driving a 2001 GMC Yukon XL. The vehicle that was damaged is a 2025 Grand Jeep Cherokee. My vehicle hit the bumper in the area where the trailer hitch is located.

I do not accept responsibility for the accident.

I feel like Quick Quack is hiding behind their "proprietary" recordings rather than being honest and producing the information requested.

In addition, they told the other driver I "drove" through the car wash. I have gone through car washes for several years. I understand what neutral is.

This is a common theme with Quick Quack. I have found case after case of the same scenario. In each case, they refuse responsibility, refuse to produce proof, claim complaints have been resolved to the consumer's satisfaction, even when a claim is denied.
