On November 26th, 2023, I was going through the car wash at the Corpus Christi Airline location with my brand-new Kia 2023 Telluride and when passing through the blowers the bevel to my passenger window came off. This location did state that this happens a lot and that their car wash line is pulls the cars through faster therefore the blowers have to be stronger, he also stated that they would reach out to me 3-4 business days. Now on the 4th business day I reached out to customer service, and they said it had to be 5 business days after the 5th business day still nothing I called customer service again and they stated they would put in a request to have the store reach out to me it's now been more then 2 weeks and no email or call has been received. The lack of priority with incident and this company is shameful. I wouldn't recommend starting business with them.
