Quick Quack Car Wash

I was at the 910 E bell road phx az 85022 location and I have a monthly membership so I come often. Usually everything is great but when I went this morning around 8:15am on May 19, 2023 as my car was being washed in the tunnel thing about half way through my car starts lifting up and then starts backing up. I start panicking because there was a car close behind and this has never happened before. I hit the break and try taking my foot off the break I start moving forward again for a second then my car starts rolling back wards again. I put my foot on the break again when I take it off a second time my car won't move! I am stuck so I panic more and then decide to put my car In drive which then I am able to get out safely. I put Into a spot and get out and immediately go talk to the person who worked there. All he can say is he doesn't know what happened! He doesn't apologize. And they continue letting people wash there car! They should of at least apologized to me and then checked out everything to make sure there wasn't anything faulty. I am super shaken up and I never wanna come back to that location again! I am thankful I didn't hit the car behind me.

I got an email back 3 days later letting me know they would follow up and then nothing. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything else. I am canceling my monthly membership

This is ridiculous, and what really pissed me off was they continued to let people in the wash terminal even though It wasn't safe. They should of closed the wash terminal until they made sure everything was safe!
