Quick Quack Car Wash

I was washing my car normally out of no where my side mirror was thrown backwards and it broke then the machine pushed it forward when i got out and was vacuuming my car i see that the mirror is broken some parts of the mirror we’re just hanging from the mirror I see the inside of the mirror and it has pieces broken then I speak to a lady there. She tells me that she’s going to do an incident report. She told me that on Monday the manager was going to contact me she never did I had to go back to the store, talk to another guy he gave me the phone number to speak to the manager, I text the manager and then she says that she will get back to me on Friday after 3 PM. She never did so. I went ahead and texted her again and I said is it better if I just go into the store and talk to you personally she says I was threatening her, and now she denied my claim my car is at Toyota tacoma 2022 i need my mirror to be fixed
