Quest Diagnostics review: Appalling, gross and disgusting

My doctor does not do blood draw anymore. He referred me to Quest Diagnostics. I also had to give urine sample. I am attaching photos of what their bathroom looks like. No soap, I was told they have soap on the cart outside. Are you supposed to wet your hands in the sink, step out into the hallway to get some soap from the cart and walk back into the bathroom? You could not lock the bathroom door and no toilet seat covers either. It was gross and disgusting. Their license should be revoked
