Putco review: Harassment in the bus by a driver

So I'm a member in patco bus. On the 31st my 18:00 o'clock bus arrives as usual and unfortunately the driver says his tag machine was not working. So he started demanding all tickets for morning. Yesterday tickets and Sunday ticket if we have.then we all have him tickets but in my side he didn't accept my ticket he told me to pay cash. Then I paid him R29 then he refused to right for me a proof that I will show the other bus because I was connecting. So I gave him cash and sit next to him. I had the bus driver his name is Tebogo telling some passenger to get in even if they have no tickets, beside my other sut was a girl that didn't had a ticket at all. Then when we arrive at high gate I demand a ticket or he should give me my money so I can connect another bus. He started yelling at me.and is not the first time he toke money without giving me tickets. Is a second time. So he finally gave me back my R30 when other guy stand up and ask what going on. Then he started accusing me for giving him and old tickets. Then I pointed at the lady that she didn't had tickets at all. And she was sitting beside me. So he gave me my money back. I need help because I am talking this 18:00 bus everyday.
