I bought a 2.45 gold ring about 2.45 grams from PureGold at Abu Dhabi International Airport, I trusted that at an airport there would not be daytime robbery but PureGold has disappointed me. The price I was charged was almost 3 times more than the market price!

Today price for 2.45 grams (22K) is around 1250 AED but they charged me about 2645 AED, which is highly disappointing that making charges higher than gold value

Claimed loss: 1500 AED

Desired outcome: 1250
