Since we built the Pulte home, we have had problems with the furnace/ac system in the home. We have had multiple service companies out and all have said that the system is undersized for our home. Needless to say, this causes our a/c to run all the time and leak water over the furnace. Our Pulte home is 4,200 finished sq ft and we have a 2-ton a/c unit and 66,000Btu furnace. These units are far too small for a 2 floor house and a finished basement.

Claimed loss: Numerous calls to hvac companies over the years, all of which say the same thing! Plus, the furnace has been leaking water since the first summer when I complained to Pulte.
