Publix Super Markets review: Service

I need help understanding the following.

This morning I went into the publix on platt springs road in redbank sc. I had planned on buying a few things for thanksgiving. I first went to the deli to purchase some sliced ham. Your store sells boars head virginia brand ham and this is the one that my wife likes to eat. My issue is that when I got to the deli there was one lady in front of me. As I waited another lady got behind me and another customer behind her. Frustrations sat in after 14 minutes of waiting. I could not understand why with 7 people working behind the counter in the deli, one of which was the manager on duty, why only one of these people was serving customers. The lady behind me muttered something I could not understand and left. As I stated, after waiting 14 minutes to get the ham I wanted, I was so frustrated I paid for my ham and left without buying the remaining items I came in to buy. I worked in management for over 20 years before retiring and a great deal of this in the food industry. This, in my opinion is totally unacceptable to have a customer wait this long with this many people in the area.

I do not know if anything will be done or said about this complaint but I want to let you know.
