Public Storage review: Restroom facilities, by the customers.

My Public Storage house for 5 years, they will not let me use the restroom, They said the restrooms, are out of order. However, the restroom is in order, they just don't want the customers to use the restroom. It is a convivence. For them, they just put out-of-order signs up at all times. They are cleverly, by saying the restroom, is out-of-order all the time.

Moreover I've been paying over $300.00 per month for 5 years, and yet they do not want customers to use the restroom, they are not out-of-order, they just cleverly, put up the signs so no one can use the restroom. Moreover, I had to go across the street, to a restaurant, whilst, I had to purchased something to use their restroom. However, I'm paying $300.00, per month over 5 years, and yet I cannot use their restroom. This Public Storage, is 362 w Chicago Ave. Chicago IL.
