Nightmare Rental Unacceptable Resolution
I booked a 5‑night Airbnb for over $1,800 and had to evacuate after the first night due to serious habitability issues. Massive ant infestation, undisclosed lack of a/c and not service dog friendly. Unsafe, uninhabitable. The host, CaSago SoCal, refunded only $750. I was left covering the cost of emergency lodging for the rest of my trip. Totally unacceptable. I will never rent from Airbnb or CaSago again.
Recommendation: DO NOT RENT FROM CASAGO!

A huge thank you to Tim and the entire team at Casago Coastal Volusia for an absolutely amazing 4-day, 3-night getaway in beautiful New Smyrna Beach!
The stay in the newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit was everything I hoped for and more. The location was perfect — just a short walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and of course, endless Fun in the Sun. From the moment I booked, the team was incredibly attentive and helpful, making the entire process seamless.
One of the best surprises was walking into the rental and being greeted with a lovely gift basket — such a thoughtful touch! The views were truly breathtaking, and the unit itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully updated.
I can’t wait to return for another stay at this outstanding coastal beachfront getaway. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Casago Orlando is not a trustworthy company. They will change the terms of an agreement after you paid and then keep half your money for cancelling. I highly recommend renting from another property manager. I rented a property months ago from them through VRBO. Always nice & easy booking with Casago. Had a great weekend at the new *** Resort. The whole process was smooth and simple. Casago made it super easy to find and book a place to stay. The *** Resort was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. We had a fantastic time exploring the area and enjoying the amenities at the resort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Casago for hassle-free bookings.

Casago is super friendly, professional, and they answer all your questions no matter how many you got. I booked 3 condos at *** in *** for a family vacay of 16, and they gave me all the info I needed and made sure this resort was the bomb. And let me tell ya, it totally was!

I stayed at the Sonoran Sun Resort and, considering the COVID situation, everything was awesome. The resort grounds were well-maintained. The staff was attentive but not too pushy. The facilities were clean. Checking in and out was a piece of cake! And let me tell you, the views were absolutely mind-blowing! I'm already making plans to come back!
Casago is a great place to stay
Casago is a great place to stay. The staff is super friendly and nice. One time, we left our chairs on the beach overnight because we didn't want to lug them back upstairs. When we woke up the next morning, they were missing. We immediately went to security and they had actually taken them for us to prevent anyone from taking them. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness.

My famly and I had a wondrful weekend get away at *** Resort. Casago made booking our vacation so simple. The condo we stayed in was extremly comfortable with amazng ocean views. The resort has beautiful pools, great food and easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend visiting this resort and booking with Casago.
