PSI Services Certification exam scheduling - on hold min 2 hrs EACH TIME - still no live person

I have tried to reach PSI MULTIPLE times (multiple days & months) and each time I'm on hold a MINIMUM of 1 hr - and (all but 1 time) this is with me not even speaking to a single individual. As a matter of fact, as I write this, I've now been on hold 1.5 hrs...and this is after I called this morning and finally got a live person...who then said she needed to transfer me to her "lead" where I was on hold for 20 mins before I just got dead air and then finally disconnected. I only want to reschedule an exam...this shouldn't be hard. And, b/c the calls are answered in the order they're received, I can't hang up or I'll have to start this wait time all over.

Desired outcome: Speak to a live person to get my request resolved

PSI Services Test score not right

i took my cosmetology practical exam and failed by 9%. when checking what services i got wrong i noticed they don't seem right and i think i was scored wrong! a lot of the services i got 50% for and i know that i did better than that! i took my test in grand rapids michigan. i was told it was labeling but entire kit was labeled. i borrowed some things from a friend who passed her exam and everything she had given me was labeled and i had my instructors check as well. i 100% i should have passed and i was wrongfully scored.

Desired outcome: look at the cameras and check to see if i actual deserve that score

PSI Services The testing facilitator

She interrupts me fir no reason. This is the 3rd time sges done this. She is not allowing it to be quiet or a pleasurable site to test in. She rude and combative and talks condenseding. She has interrupted me the last time.

Desired outcome: Tell her to stop talking to people during tests use her manners abd not be rude

PSI Services Real estate exam pa

Hello, i was scheduled to take the pa real estate exam sat 1/16/21 @ 1pm, i logged on @ 12:45 to prepare for my test. I waited for a proctor to get online for an hr and 11min, once the proctor got onto the test we went over rules and regulations regarding the pa real estate exam. I started with pa state the psi website logged me 10min into my test. I then procedded and called psi back where again i sat on the phone for 1hr, second time around got another proctor and started my test which informed me that i only had 57min to complete the full test. I advised the proctor of the minutes that i has should of been 180min, the proctor advised me to proceed with the exam its fine. The computer advised me that i only had 20min left for the whole exam, which keep in mind that i only started the state not the national. A few minutes went by and the psi proctor logged me off. I called psi back again which in my time its 6pm. I got a customer service rep who advised me to reschedule because we waited to hear back from the proctor for over an hr. I scheduled my exam on 1/24/20 @ 9am. The next day i woke up to a final grade for my state of 29 out of 30. I feel damn well cheated by psi because of the techincal diffculies that occured and i wasnt given a fair chance as a student with the allowed time and grading system, i have called psi customer service 15 times to solve this issue and see what happened to my test and why i scored a 29. I cannnnnnnnot trust the results of this test and i want an investigation. All the reps were rude and unprofessional and didnt want to help. Im putting in a complaint against psi with the pa real estate commission.

Desired outcome: I WANT A PASSING GRADE OF 30 THAT I DESERVED

PSI Services Delay to solve problem

My name is Laís Santos Gontzos (+[protected]).
I had a Cloud Practitioner Exam schedule online with PSI Services, on 6th Jan. 2021, 10:30 am.
When I tried to connect my computer to start the exam, I had internet issues and I was not able to connect. Finally when the Internet was ok, it was past 10:30 am and was not able to start my exam.

I talked to the PSI IT support, Ian Baustista, by chat and he ensure me that I could reschedule my exam for free, because it was not my fault.

Since I'm from Brazil, I contacted your support (examschedule@psionline.com) as requested by theirIT support and so far I have not received any response (the deadline of 7 working days has already passed) .

Today, 19 Jan. 2021, I tried to call them again to ask why they did not answered me and they told me that they will have to call Costumer Care and I have to wait 5 more business days until I have the answer.
I would like to mention that I'm from Brazil and a phone call to US is really expensive and I waited 28 minutes for this answer!
I've reach 3 different emails and they did not answer me!

The IT Support contact is for the case NLO-723-52530 and the email I sent to "examschedule" generated the following ticket: Exam Schedules Ticket # 43565.

Desired outcome: I would like to reschule my exam for free like they told me I would be able to do...

PSI Services Customer service

This is my 3rd written complaint and PSI still hasn't contacted me and helped me. Such a disappointment when getting a copy of failed exams means my husband gets a raise. Well there's no raise if I can't get copy of failed exam so my passed exam will go through. Why is there a complaint board when no one helps. Every number every person amd written has not helped me get results.

PSI Services Not receiving request for failed exams

I have called and emailed since September to get a copy of my failed exams taken within last 10 years. Without this information the test I did take and passed will not go through. This will put me back another year for a simple paper. I'm at an ends with PSI. Why am I not able to get results. Everyone I've spoken to said wait 3-5 business days. well we are several months out and still nothing! This is messing with my ability to grow and take my Masters. Not sure how I can get this because not even the complaint board is reaching out. This is my 2nd complaint. What will it take. Calling BBB?

Desired outcome: Failed exams within last 10 years! Simple!

PSI Services PSI Special Accommodation Department

I don't know how many people is working in this special accommodation department for cosmetology writing exam. It was absolutely frustrating and waste of time. I called 4 TIMES, just trying to remove special accommodation status from my account! Nobody answer the phone at all, and i was put on hold for 2 hours ! 2 hours! absolutely ridiculous ! While I am filing this complaint, I was still on hold. I tried to email before as well, nobody reply the email. I don't know what is happening to this department, maybe it is time to hire more people, at least people who answer calls.

PSI Services Customer support

I desperately need copy of failed exams from last 7 years so my passed exam can go through. I have called over 10 times to request. Told to wait 3-5 business days. Here I am 4 months later and nothing. I have emailed called and all I am able to do. Customer service or whoever obtains information has yet to deliver or even email to let us know it's in its way. I am disappointed a failed exam report would be this hard to obtain and deliver. You have to have a better system because peoples jobs and money is at stake. Who can me with this? Please help me obtain.

PSI Services Customer service / technical issue

Worst customer service ever, after waiting almost 2 hours for somebody to pick up the phone I got transferred to the tech department which I didn't get to talk to since my call was immediately disconnected. I called for the second time, same scenario, with the exception this time I told the person do not transfer me, get somebody on the line ready to assist me and the person did the oposite, he transferred me to the tech dept and again my call got disconnected. My test had been rescheduled twice I don't know what else to do. I tried resetting my password online and I got the link 40 mins after requesting it and off course it already expired and did not work. :/

Dear PSI,

On Saturday, December 19, 2020, I sat for the Virginia Salesperson - National and State exams at the PSI testing location at 620 Moorefield Park Drive, Suite 205, Richmond, VA 23236. I completed both portions of the test in about 2 hours. After finishing both portions of the test, the national test started over again. I was confused as I had just finished completing both. I went to the testing proctors, Aurnat Martin and Tye'Shaun Harris, and reported the issue. They both looked in the system and told me that I had passed both the state and national portions of the exams. Ms. Martin returned to the testing room to see why the national portion of the test restarted. While she was in the testing room, she closed out the duplicate national exam. This action canceled my actual test results- my passing results. Ms. Martin called technical support to retrieve the results that she'd seen, the passing results that she already reported to me.
She explained to the PSI representative that I had passed both portions and that the duplicate test was a glitch. She tried to get the PSI representative to retrieve my real results. Ms. Martin was told I would have to retake both exams. This is unacceptable as both proctors confirmed to me and the PSI representative that I passed the exams. I requested some confirmation of the tests that I took but nothing was given to me.

The time that I have invested to get to this point has been no small feat and I expect PSI to perform and correct this matter without me having to go through this process again. Ms. Martin provided me with reference #747945 for the technical support ticket she opened for this issue. I also called PSI candidate care to complain and inquire as to how the matter will be corrected. I was told a site supervisor will look into the matter and someone would reach out to me in 3 to 5 days. Please let me know how this matter will be rectified as I will pursue whatever legal means necessary to have this settled.

PSI Services Never sent my information to the state.

After passing my exam as life insurance producer I NEVER got PSI to send my information to the state. That was 3 months ago and I am still without a license. [censored] PSI

I have been trying to schedule an Exam for 4-5 month now and they have the worst customer Service experience ever. Somebody really need to sue this company for so many complaint and fruad with money and time of thousands of students. I am frustrated with them .

PSI Services Testing procedures

I am having several technicial issues concerning logging in my account to update profile, reschedule test, cancel, etc. Please note this is causing me issues of money. I cannot reschedule my test at the moment when calling asking to speak with a supervisor the agents ask why and never switch you over as if youre saying their work is not complete. PSI Services Customer service

Unfortunately, worst customer service experience I had in my life. Especially coming from an international company. I was eligible to take the cphq intl exam for the window of september 13, 2020 thru december 19, 2020. When I went on the website on 7/11/20 to register for my exam it said that I have to call candidate service which I did. She said that my examination period was not updated and that she will forward it to her supervisor to check it. Of course I waited for a week with no answer, I called again (calling all day) and this time the representative didn't even ask me what went wrong he said all the hqcc its not our problem. So now I am left wondering what to do and who to contact next and which information is the correct one. Thank you for wasting a week of waiting, and for the costumer service representative who did not care to help.

PSI Services Their operation cost me $150 for a $52 test!

On October 13th, 2020, I arrived at the college park location at 450 am for a 530 am test. After driving from my home which is over an hour away. They clearly say arrive 30 mins early in which I was there earlier than that. I get to the door and it is locked. There is no number to call to let the administrators know that you are there. There was a gentleman who had just came from taking his test. He stated that the lady was late and did not come down on time to get him. When she went up she never came back down with him. When I finally got in after about an hour and a half (I was let in by the janitor), the lady told me that I could not take the test and that I should have called to be let in. She said that there was a paper on the door with the number to call and notify them that I was outside. I stood at this door for an hour and a half before getting in, there was nothing posted on the door that was psi services related. There were two signs that stated no admittance to the building without a mask. All that I am requesting is a refund as this situation is not my fault. Psi services employees dropped the ball and I had to pay not once but twice for a test that I showed up for on time but was not granted access. I would really appreciate a call or email stating when I may receive my refund. I am a single mother trying to better myself and do not have money to throw away.

PSI Services aws exam online - psi did not work

Hello

10/31/2020 - I have scheduled a exam at 1pm EST and have logged in 12.30 pm EST as instructed for online verification. After taking my photo and photo ID, PSI did not work and no one is there to support for exam and it did not even start my exam

Called customer care service says busy with assisting other customer for more than 45 minutes, I have created a ticket but did not have direct answer. Not sure when they will reach back for when will be re-schedule my exam again.

Worst service - never I will take exam through PSI again. kindly stay away from them.

PSI Services Incompetent service by psi

I have been trying for over a week to schedule for the New Jersey real estate salesperson exam via PSI. So unfortunately, PSI is the only way to access the test, I don't understand why they have earned this contract with so many states.

I have created an account on their website thru which I've tried to schedule the exam but the site doesn't even recognize the name of the exam under the schedule exam prompt so no, the website does not work and no point in creating the account. I've sent in 3 e-mails, supposedly you get the response in 24 hours, it's been well over 60 hours but no response. I've called to waste one full hour talking to a customer service rep and a tech support who could not help me resolve something so easy as to how to get their site to work for me (schedule) nor register by phone...

Please. Does anyone competent work at psi?

I can not get the state license only because we have to go through the completely incompetent, inept, inefficient system.

PSI Services Equipment / it department

October 28, 2020

I arrived at psi exam center #12010 to take an exam on Monday, October 19 at 9 am. The gentleman took my IDs and photo. After he took my photo, he said there was a problem with getting me set up. He said he had to contact the IT Department for them to intervene because it was something he could not fix. During this waiting time, the gentleman took my photo five (5) more times and kept apologizing.
I sat there for an hour and a half (1.5) waiting. About 5 minutes before, he mentioned he finally got IT to fix it. With my mind rattled and frustrated, It is now 10:20 and I start.
Within 20 minutes left of the exam, the system froze. I had to go notify to gentleman. During this time, he asked "is the test hard"? which I thought was very inappropriate. The gentleman fixed my problem and got me going again.
Once I completed the exam, the result popped up on the screen but the remaining words that covered the screen was in a Chinese style font.

There were a lot of issues that day that cause me some major concern: system glitches, frustration and unexplained waiting... If I would have arrived 15 minutes late, I would've had to reschedule for my exam but yet, I had to wait an hour and a half (1.5).

Given the above circumstances, I am requesting to retake my test at another location or a refund.
