I tried to reach out to the seller multiple times, but I didn't get any response to my phone calls or messages. It was quite frustrating, to be honest.

Later on, I found out that their return policy for the item was not very customer-friendly. They charge a 20% restocking fee for unopened boxes and a whopping 50% return fee if the box has been opened. That's a lot of money to lose just for returning an item that didn't meet your expectations.
