Progressive Casualty Insurance review: The claims adjuster (CA) or his supervisor don't answer their phone when I call and if I leave a message I get no response back.

7/6 Progressive insured person backed into rear passenger side of my car
7/30 claims adjuster (CA) got claim
7/31called CA but could not leave message, mailbox full
8/4 sent text message, told by CA still investigating
8/6 got estimate to fix car, sent to CA
8/14 no word from CA so sent email
8/17 no word from CA sent text
8/20 got text from CA still investigating
8/31 called CA no call back
9/3 sent text to CA, no response
9/8 called CA, no answer, zeroed out, told CA was told to move claim forward so called CA again, left message, no response
9/10 called CA's supervisor, left message, no response
9/14 called CA again, zeroed out and told still investigating
9/17 called CA's supervisor again, left message, no response
9/18 sent CA message so far no response
